Mon expérience dans ce restaurant a été très décevante. J'y suis allée avec ma mère & ma soeur pour le lunch, & nous avons toutes les trois commandé le steak.

Lorsque nous avons reçu nos assiettes, nous avons constaté qu'une sauce au poivre (du moins, c'est ce que nous croyons) était déjà sur le steak. Pourtant, ce n'était pas mentionné sur le menu. On aurait pu avoir des allergies.

En parlant du steak, il n'avait absolument aucun goût. Honnêtement, je me demande même si c'était réellement du steak. La texture & le goût ne ressemblaient pas du tout à ceux d'un vrai steak. Nous avons été vraiment déçues par la qualité.

Nous avons retourné nos assiettes après avoir seulement goûté le steak, puisqu'il était tout simplement immangeable. Malgré cela, on nous a quand même facturé les trois assiettes. En guise de compensation, nous avons seulement eu droit à une réduction de 5 % ainsi qu'à un bol d'edamame gratuit. Honnêtement, ce n'est pas une compensation adéquate compte tenu de la situation.

Par contre, je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme de notre serveuse, qui a fait de son mieux malgré la situation.

Pour ma part, je n'y retournerai pas.

We ordered room service. It was delivered by Matteo. He was incredibly helpful & went above & beyond. We needed more utensils & water & he made it happen with a smile.

The food was so perfect especially the uni spaghetti & gyoza.

Thank you Matteo & team for an incredible perfect meal after a long journey.
