I had a little issue with my go-to flavor of zany zebra today (it was clumpy & not as smooth as it usually is). When I told the staff they were super nice & helpful about it. One of them smiled & said « I just want you to leave happy & with a smile » & offered to fix it or even refund me. I told her it wasn't a big deal, but honestly, little things like that truly make a difference & are exactly why I'll keep coming back.
Aside from the problem with my ice cream, I had a really nice visit. Thanks again!

Any chance we get we go to wild willys for ice cream! My kids love it there, even my dogs love going to get a special treat. Staff is only sweet & happy.
A classic experience if not the best dessert experience in Pointe Claire village. This is place is packed during every summer but turnaround times are fair so you wont wait long. You can go solo, with friends & family, grab your ice cream & go for a walk.

We tried the frozen chocolate tofu with strawberry, & it was delicious! A perfect alternative for people who are lactose intolerant but still enjoy the creaminess of ice cream. One of our favourite spots in Pointe-Claire Village!
The ice cream is absolutely delicious! I was served by Isabelle who was super helpful finding us the perfect flavor & she also went out of her way to interact with my daughter to make her smile 😊 She was very sweet. We are definitely coming back soon!!
