Wild Willy's is widely praised for its delicious ice cream, its wide range of flavors that change often, and its friendly staff, making it a go to spot in the area despite crowds. The shop offers popular favorites like banana split, as well as vegan options and ice cream cakes, with many noting consistent quality and good value. A few reviews mention long waits during peak times, busy summers, and occasional order mix ups, but most agree the variety of toppings, sundaes, and specialty options make it worth the visit. Overall the vibe is welcoming and the ice cream is repeatedly described as delicious, solidifying Wild Willy's as a staple for locals and visitors alike.
Well I was there May 9, I had 2 flavors of the hard ice cream the pistachio which was good, the second was vanilla tasted a bit off, like if it was old. My hubby wanted chocolate they ran out so had instead triple chocolate which was good, but how do you run out of plain chocolate ice cream 🤔. A bit disappointing on the vanilla. Just a recommendation add the menu outside including all the flavors so that everyone knows what to order instead of holding up the line.
I wanna go try every flavour & option because this place is amazing & so is the costumer service. TOP ICE CREAM
try the chocolate raspberry pls
Also vegan options

My favourite local ice cream spot! Sometimes the wait can be long but definitely worth it. Ice cream cakes are really good too. Love the limited time flavours they have every few weeks.
Wild Willy's 🍦is one of my favorite ice cream spots! It's usually busy, but the lines move fast so you're never waiting too long. The ice cream is always great. Lots of great flavours & sundaes too. My go-to is the Zigamazoo, a perfect combo of hard & soft ice cream in a cone. Definitely worth the stop.
Pros:
A) Over 40 flavors & different options to choose from. They also have Dog Treats & Ice Cream cakes but you order in Advance for that.
B) Beautiful location since 1994 right in the Pointe-Claire Village.
C) Its busy especially during the summer months, & they hire local students. God Bless you 🙏
D) The staff & employees have a good heart & they speak English & French.
E) Accept Credit/Debit & Money & have 4 queues if busy.
Cons:
A) There can be a mess up on order if not heard or understood correctly.
B) The Lineups are confusing at times & it may be difficult to follow.
C) The music speaker outside low volume so hearing the music may be difficult.
Conclusion:
I would recommend this Ice cream shop to all. I drank a milkshake one time & got food poisoning. Still it's a good ice cream shop.
