The food is amazing. The atmosphere was very good, the music & DJ was awesome. The guys working at the bar are awful, they refused to serve us drinks again because we did not give tips each time we bought, how can you tip each time you buy a drink? That was truly bad.View more

Nous étions deux, la nourriture était bonne, bien présentée & fraiche & grosse portion. Le décors est magnifique, super musique mais un peu forte pour un souper. La serveuse était très gentille mais le service était ultraaaaaa long, autant pour amener de l'eau, les drinks, les repas & surtout la facture ! Pas vraiment de service à la table pour valider si tout est correct, si on veut recommander quelque chose à boire ou à manger, on ne nous à même pas demandé si on voulait un dessert ou un dernier verre donc dommage de ce côté la.Maintenant que je le sais, j'aurai pas d'attente à ce niveau la, si j'y retourne ! Pour un indicatif $$ : 1 plat , 1 à coté(mac n cheese), 2 entrées, 3 drinks c'était 196$ avant le tips .View more

I went to Westwood on a Wednesday, & it was a good experience. The place looks really nice, with a cool vibe & a great atmosphere. The food was good not amazing, but still pretty decent. What really stood out for me was the service. Our server, Anakin, she was awesome, friendly & attentive. The cocktails were definitely the highlight for me. They were really good! I'd say it's worth checking out for the drinks, the vibe, & the great service, even if the food didn't totally blow me away.View more

I recently visited Westwood Bar & Grill, Laval & while the ambiance was impressive, the overall experience left me conflicted. The decor is stylish & modern, with a warm, welcoming vibe that's perfect for a night out. The music was fantastic, providing a great soundtrack for the evening without being overwhelming-definitely a highlight of the visit. However, when it comes to the food, it didn't quite live up to expectations. For the high prices, I was hoping for a more memorable dining experience, but the dishes were just okay. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. I always enjoy a starter of calamar but these although small & tender were so so greasy ! My husband had a 12oz streak which was chewy & hard to enjoy, the side order of mushroom was nothing special but my grill salmon was a good choice ! In short, it's a great place to enjoy a drink or a date night with an amazing atmosphere & music, but if you're expecting the food to match the price tag, you might be a little disappointed.View more

Music was amazing , for was really good except for the lobster rolls , a little too watery . Fried chicken was ok. Beef platter was top A++++

The place was super clean, even during the pandemic the social distancing was respected, we felt really safe & our server Jo made our experience an unforgettable one. The food was on point, the meat was cooked & seasoned to perfection & we were recommended tasty drinks. We will certainly be back!!

Endroit très tendance situé à laval où l'on peut passer une belle soirée entre amis ou en couple a partager des tapas délicieux. Seul petit bémol, les cocktails sont trop remplis de glacons qui depassent meme du verre & rendent le drink complètement diluée... un bon barman ne serait pas de trop !
via LibroFried Chicken & Calamari were very bland. Dumplings were good & so was the sushi. We ordered 6 different kind of cocktails & they were all below average except for the Moscow Mule which was the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. The sharing Prime rib was good but the side dishes can be increased in size to allow sharing. The biggest issue was service, we waited over 45 min to get our first drink & an hour for the appetizers. Some of the appetizers came after we were served our main meal.

Nous étions 4 au comptoir bar & la serveuse derrière le bar ne connaissait pas son menu & devait constamment aller s'informer quand nous avions une question, donc très grand manque de formation au niveau du staff. Détail, mais tout de même, me faire servir ma bière Archibald dans un verre Hoegaarden, je trouve ça très ordinaire, à la brasserie du coin ok, mais pas dans un restaurant de la sorte. Les dumplings & la salade westwood en entrée étaient très bons. Nous avons pris le prime rib à partager cuisson médium saignant, mais la cuisson était plus saignant, donc très décevant. La serveuse nous avait pas mentionné que le prime rib veant avec des légumes & des frites alors nous avions pris le chou-fleu, les fèvres & des frites à côtés, résultats nous nous sommes retrouvés avec beaucoup de trop de légumes & des frites en plus qui sont arrivés quand nous avions presque fini le prime rib. Ma blonde a commander un bourbon sour qui etait très bon, mais encore une fois la serveuse ne savait pas quoi poinçonné alors elle voulait nous charger 14$ en nous chargeant un autre drink, elle a fini par nous charger un old fashion à 12$. Le décor est vraiment beau & la musique mettait une belle ambiance dans la place. J'ai remarqué plusieurs membres du staff qui étaient plus occupés à faire du social & prendre des shooters que s'assurer que les clients soient bien servis. Bref le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur, la bouffe est correct mais manque clairement de précision, seul point positif le décor. À retourner peut-être dans quelques mois voir si les choses se sont améliorées...peut-être!
via LibroHonnêtement, c'est un très bon restaurant. Le concept est très bien, c'est différent. N'eut été de la gestion des tables (restaurant vide & placés à côté du seul autre couple dans le restaurant) & de ne pas avoir été déplacés , l'expérience aurait été vraiment très bien. Les attentes sont relativement hautes compte tenu du prix. La nourriture & le service étaient à la hauteur. Les drinks sont excellents, il faudrait juste mettre un peu moins de glace pour ne pas nous prendre pour des épais mais c'était sincèrement très bien.
