I've been looking forward in trying this spot out for months. Let me say, it definitely is as good as everyone says!!! I loveddd it! The pizza dough is fresh, fluffy & everything else just delishhhhh! I had the mushroom & MVP one. Yummmmmm!
Waiting in line in those fumes was rough, i couldn't imagine how the staff can work in that ouffff, all props to them! It's small, so expect to mainly go for take out. But now during summer there are benches close by, was perfect!

Update, 2 years later: Their pizza is great, probably best slice on Wellington.
Sadly ordering takes forever & after 5pm it's a gamble if there's anything in the window to order, especially if there's 5 people in line before you.
Usually there's a single person handling walkins, the phone, & uber drivers.
It also hurts to see the Uber drivers standing there for ages, sometimes with half their order getting cold & the rest mysteriously missing.
Needs massive help on the'front of house'. Everybody except the main pizza makers seem depressed.Voir plus

The Detroit pizza here is insane. The Sicilian pizza was great too, the dough was super fluffy. & they're even better reheated so it's worth taking some home! Absolutely delicious.Voir plus

The pizza was good overall except that I felt it was a little salty. It was quite crowded when my friend & I went. Kinda hot inside because of the oven & the weather was hot that day.Voir plus

Excellent pizza. Great service. My only gripe: the air quality in the restaurant is hazardous. Inhaling smoke all day long is a huge health risk, & I'm especially concerned with the employees working there all day in addition to the owners. I would highly advise investing in an industrial grade air purifier. Your pizza is probably a high 8 if not a low 9 on the portnoy scale! Home depot sells some industrial grade air purifiers for $1500. It's well worth it for preventing diseases such as lung cancer! Not to mention the decreased cognitive abilities associated with highly polluted air environments.Voir plus
