The line was long but moving, & pizzas were coming out hot - just not fast enough for me to grab the mushroom slice I was dreaming about.
But that vodka bacon? Unreal. You can actually taste the vodka, & it hits perfectly with the sauce, the bacon, & that crispy cheese crust.
Meanwhile my kids demolished the Margherita like they hadn't eaten in days.
Mushroom slice… I'm coming back for you.
Amazing pizza! The ingredients are very high quality as well. You can see their stock of Bianco Dinapoli tomatoes & selection of high quality flours they use & experiment with. In Montreal it's easy to find good quality Neapolitan pizza but it's extremely hard to find the same level for other styles. I'm happy to see you guys taking on this challenge.

Best pizza in the 514 no question. A bit expensive but worth every cent. Nobody around here is dealing pies like these guys are. It's a mom & pop type joint so stop reading this & go enjoy & support some high quality pizza already.
It can be hard to find much else other than your typical'2 pour 1' pizza spots in Quebec or pizza that really stands out & is unique. Welldun Pizza does just that, offering three styles that you typically don't find in Quebec: Detroit, New York, & Grandma.
If your a sucker for crispy cheese, like I am, the Detroit is a must try. The textures of this pizza are one of the things that sets it apart; crispy cheese edges, chewy soft dough in the middle & then gooey cheesy on top, & then the charred pepperoni. It's as masterpiece.
The location is quite small but the line moves quick. They were out of the Detroit style Vodka Pep I wanted to try when I arrived but by the time it was my turn to order a fresh pie had just come out of their oven.
You can order by the slice or a whole pie & while it is slightly pricey for pizza, the flavors & textures are worth it.
The tomato sauce used is the best I've had anywhere. Although all 4 different pizzas we tried were excellent, The New York slice margherita was our favorite!
Des pizza de style americaines dans les regle de l'art. J'y ai découvert la pizza style Détroit : depuis j'en ai des cravings. Essayez bacon vodka style Détroit, c'est un sure shot.
Le seul bémol manger a l'intérieur c'est pas terrible, souvent enfumé & plutôt bruyant. Mais encore, pourquoi pas ca fait parti de la place :)

Il est rare que je mette une aussi mauvaise note. Mais nous avons attendu plus d'1 heure pour une pizza dont la moitié est tombé à terre avant de la donner.
Le service est extrêmement confus pour tout le monde. La pizza était ok mais après l'attente sous la pluie cependant 1h mon avis n'est peut être pas super objectif
I was super impressed! I saw this place get hype over social media. Sometimes it's over hyped, this is definitely not! I tried 6 different pieces & all of them were great. They're Detroit style pizza, & it's made amazingly. Would highly recommend!
