There were so many things I wanted to try out but each item was quite expensive, around 20-30$. So, if possible, it would be nice to be in a large group & just order various plates to try out more items in their menu. The food itself was great. The flavours were on point & the toppings were a great addition in flavours. The soup was clear & flavourful which made the noodles taste great in return. I wasn't a big fan of their fried ice cream however. The crust was too thick & it was pretty basic in my opinion. The portion was acceptable. Considering that the Pho Vui was 28$ before tax & tips, the portion was decent but I could have definitely eaten more, especially for 28$ a bowl. The pho is served with a large beef rib though so I guess it's a reasonable price. I would still say it's a bit more on the expensive side though. The service was great as well. Even though the waiters seemed a bit shy, they were quite friendly, patient & professional.View more

Belle découverte lors d'une sortie de magasinage! Repas midi: Rouleau & soupe tonkinoise au poulet grillé. Tout était excellent. Le rouleau croustillant (pâte au riz) & goûteux. La soupe est savoureuse & remplie de bons légumes, nouilles & poulet. La portion est vraiment généreuse & j'ai rapporté le reste. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute pour essayer d'autres plats au menu & je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. & que dire du service: Super!View more

I have never had issues with this place during lunch hours but i never expected to feel so offended having dinner on a saturday night there. The previous reviewer was 100% accurate. I waited for my main course for 1.5hrs & it never came so the others already finished their meal. I ended up cancelling my main. The offensive part was not even the wait time but the constant lies that the food was coming & then the waiter getting defensive by telling us the printer was broken & then telling me I should feel lucky that at least my table got some food before others. You do not talk to customers like that. The default 18% tip option was a slap on the face.View more
Le Restaurant Vui nous a laissé une impression mitigée, voire négative, malgré une cuisine vietnamienne qui semblait prometteuse. Les points positifs: * Saveurs authentiques: Le bol de vermicelles au porc avec rouleau frit était excellent, la sauce de poisson savoureuse & l'entrée de Banh Khot un vrai régal. Les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous & la qualité des ingrédients était perceptible. Les points négatifs (& ils sont nombreux!): * Service exécrable: L'attente interminable entre l'entrée & le plat principal (1h20!) a gâché notre expérience. Le manque de coordination du service était flagrant: les entrées & les plats principaux sont arrivés à des moments différents pour chaque personne, transformant notre repas en un véritable jeu d'attente. * Négligence du client: Personne n'a pris la peine de remplir nos verres d'eau, ni de s'excuser pour l'attente excessive. Aucune explication n'a été fournie quant à la lenteur du service. * Plats tièdes: Malgré la qualité gustative des plats, ceux-ci sont arrivés tièdes à notre table, suggérant qu'ils ont été oubliés sur un comptoir pendant de longues minutes. * Option de pourboires automatiques abusifs: La cerise sur le gâteau fut la machine de paiement proposant un pourboire automatique minimum de 18%, une pratique insultante compte tenu du service déplorable. Bien que la cuisine du Restaurant Vui soit prometteuse, le service catastrophique gâche complètement l'expérience. L'attente interminable, le manque de considération & l'option de pourboire abusif nous incitent fortement à déconseiller cet établissement. Dommage pour les papilles, mais il existe heureusement d'autres options à Brossard pour savourer la cuisine vietnamienne sans se sentir lésé.View more

Vui Cuisine Viet & Bar is a whole vibe! The service was quick & friendly, & the hot pink lighting really set the mood. Loved the Vietnamese hats hanging from the ceiling-it gave the place such cool energy. The food was fire! Tried the Bo Luc Lac, Pho Vui, & their chicken & rice dish, all soooo good. Only thing, the beef bone in the pho could've used a bit more time to tenderize, but overall, still delicious. The spot is clean with plenty of parking. Definitely coming back for more!View more
