We started watching Vivaldi's (Steve & Spiros) online reels/videos a few months ago & decided it was a place we must try one day. We drove all the way from Ottawa to Montreal & the place did not disappoint. The food & the service was great. From the moment we walked in & were greeted by Dave until we left & said goodbye to Steve in the parking lot. Even though they do not have kids meals the kids found plenty to eat & share. We will definitely return & anyone thinking about going, stop thinking immediately & just GO!!!

My girlfriend & I had visited Montreal for a short vacation, & Vivaldi was on my list to go to for quite some time.
A while back, I had watched Chef Steve make hundreds of videos of his food, & I said we have to go there & check it out. As soon as we walked in, you could see how clean the entirety of the restaurant was & we were greeted with a warm welcome & smiles.
The hostess asked if we were visiting from somewhere & I explained we were on vacation & how we heard about the restaurant. I further explained I wanted to come to Vivaldi because I really like what Chef Steve is doing in his videos.
As we glossed over the menu, Chef Steve came over to our table & introduced himself. I was excited, as I have been a fan for quite some time, & we shared where we are from. I then explained it is difficult to find genuine hospitality in the United States (very few regular places I go to), & I am glad we made the stop to his restaurant.
Our waiter was really nice as well. Very pleasant & gave solid recommendations. We had ordered the penne vodka & the fettuccine pollo con crema & both were incredible. To top it off, we ordered tiramisu.
My experience overall was great. My girlfriend & I are foodies, & I can honestly say this is a place to go back to. The restaurant filled up really quickly after we arrive, & I am certain that you will also have a great time. To Chef Steve & the staff, thank you thank you thank you, for making our trip to Montreal to remember & we will most definitely be back when we return to Montreal!!
We had an amazing dinner at Vivaldi! As fans of Chef Steve & the whole crew on social media, we'd been wanting to come for a long time to finally taste the food we'd seen them prepare. Vivaldi did not disappoint - the dishes tasted just as good as they looked in the videos.
We even had the chance to meet Steve, such a great guy! Between the incredible food & the excellent service, all four of us truly enjoyed our plates. We're now even bigger fans of Steve & Vivaldi !
My family have celebrated 2 very important milestone events at this establishment & we have had an amazing time on both occasions. The food is very tasty, with good portions & staff are very polite & attentive.
Worthy of notable mention was our server Dean; excellent customer service & very patient & accommodating. Dean, I hope this message gets back to you; customer service & care is so important in this day & can easily make or break a customer's experience. You are always the gold standard & our family has voiced how awesome you were on both occasions. Thank you very much & we look forward to returning to this restaurant.

By chance I discovered this gem of a restaurant on social media & to find out it's in my old neighborhood. So I decided to bring my family to dinner & find out what it's about. They didn't disappoint my family & myself. From the appetizers through the main course & finally the awesome desserts. They didn't fail us in anyway.
My first time there, to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was told they have 2 seatings, but our reserved spot for about 18 was able to stay for most of the evening. I had table d'hôte of grilled salmon. Was very tasty & moist, all veggies were al dente just how I like it with rice. Entrees were shared & what I noticed with my meal, all entrees were all nice & hot, freshly made. My minestrone soup was tasty but could have been a bit hotter when served. But that's me...all in all I would return. I tried a bite of some chicken marsala (my friends order), very good. Our waiters kept the water glasses full & were very helpful. Good service. For our large group, all was served in a timely matter, no long waiting. No loud music, very busy spot, but all our conversations were heard & shared which was nice. We didn't have to yell back & forth to one another! Most of the guests looked happy while they ate !
