As fans of Vivaldi's on Instagram & YouTube, my wife & I were really looking forward to finally visiting - & it definitely lived up to the hype. We came all the way from Quebec City & had a great evening.
The service was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter, David, was attentive & nice. We also had the pleasure of meeting Steve, the owner, which made the night feel even more personal & welcoming.
As for the food - we loved it. I had the pizza, which was piping hot, fresh, & full of flavour. My wife had pasta & was equally impressed. Everything came out quickly & was clearly made with care.
That said, there were just a couple of small things that stood out. The squid appetizer was very good but the onions were cut way too large. & the Caesar salad could've used a bit more dressing. It was still tasty, but felt a bit on the dry side.
Aside from those two minor things, the whole experience was really solid. Great ambiance, great food, big portions & genuine people behind it all. We'd definitely come back next time we're in town!Voir plus

I'm in Texas, USA. I've never ate food at Vivaldi. I have watched many videos where chef Steve makes delicious food from scratch. You hardly ever see a restaurant with no secrets of the food on their menu. For that reason alone, I'd drive up just to support, eat & experience Vivaldi's food.Voir plus
