What an extraordinary experience, a rare one to find in the busy city. A small restaurant served & cooked for by the owner herself. She changes the menu once her ingredients run out so never expect to eat the same thing twice. Felt like I was having a home cooked meal. I was a bit put off by the price (around 35$ w/tx for homemade gnocchi with a salad & a piece of bread) but I have to say, the food was indeed delicious !! I understand it is all great ingredient & that everything now is indeed expensive, but I would have loved that the vegetarian option be cheaper than the meat (every main dish are the same price, 30$, so pick the meat if you are not a strict vegetarian !). I passed by a few time for questions & was always rudely received. Bad timing ? It was okay when I came to pick up my meal.View more

Such an incredibly unique dining experience! We’re from out of town, & Chef Maurin made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was was super cozy, & since we arrived right at opening, it felt like we had our own personal chef for a little while before other diners arrived. We loved talking with Maurin while she cooked for us (as well as her many takeout orders… wow this woman is good at multi-tasking!!) The menu is small, but everything was so fresh & delicious. My husband is obsessed with mushrooms, so naturally we had to try the mushroom crème brûlée, & it was delicious. So sad we don’t live close enough to be regulars here!View more
