The portions are big but very tasty. We ordered Baklava & it was absolutely delicious, I wished they had black tea, it would go so well with Baklava. The only issue was that the place wasn't very clean, lots of food & dirt on the carpet!
A bit disappointed with this place lately, I used to come here all the time for many years the food had always been remarkable, but lately during the last couple of years since the owner change the quality of the food has dropped significantly. I ordered the loose gyro plate & the quality of the food was off. The meat was part burnt, somewhat cold & didn't seem fresh. Despite asking to have the greek salad with salad dressing they had forgotten to add for some reason & had to ask twice so they'd bring the dressing. The tzatziki wasn't as tasty either as I once remember. Sadly for now I'll probably stop going here.
I frequent this Greek restaurant often, & it never disappoints. Frank & the team always provide top-notch service, & their friendliness makes each visit enjoyable. The food is consistently tasty, the portions are generous, & the prices are very reasonable. It's my go-to spot for a reliable & satisfying meal.
We were regulars at this restaurant for years, but after it changed ownership, it fell off our radar. However, after recently giving it another try on two separate occasions with different friends, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. While the prices have gone up, as is the case with most restaurants, we found the food to be worth the slightly higher cost. The pikilia appetizer was a standout, with a delicious variety of dips & spreads accompanied by warm bread. The calamari with Greek potatoes was also a hit with our group, perfectly cooked & full of flavor. Overall, we were impressed with the new & improved menu & are happy to have rediscovered this gem of a restaurant. We will definitely be returning in the future to try more of their offerings.
Very authentic Greek place, hidden alongside the wide Samson boulevard. Generous portions & very welcoming staff. We had the combo plate, where you can choose 2 options, & a beer & it was under 50$ with tax & 20% tip (the service was really excellent). Very tasty, generous on the tzatziki also. The small terrasse gives on the parking lot but has flowers & a cute wooden structure. Does not seem like much from the outside, but totally worth it, we had a great time!
The pork gyros at this place is a taste sensation you'll never forget. The meat is incredibly tender with just the right amount of char, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Every bite is a delightful experience that will stay with you long after the meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic & delicious Greek food.
This has been a place I have been going to for some time & once again had a lovely meal. Atmosphere is typical Greek family style & cosy. This is not a high end restaurant intentionally, it's a cosy family place that's clean & offers great personable service with delicious authentic Greek dishes at reasonable prices with good portions. I have had all their gyros & souvlaki's (chicken, lamb, & porc) & all were great. Tzatziki is delicious without being too garlicky. I have not had their other dishes but from what I have seen, smelled, & spoken to other patrons the all have stated they loved their food - proof was all the empty plates. Summer means their patio is open & we went with our little dog & sat on the patio & the brought a nice fresh cold water with ice in a large aluminum take out tray & he was relaxed while we ate. So for all the dog lovers with well behaved & trained dogs that are not too large, call before hand & confirm if they can accommodate your dog too.
It was fine. Not bad, not great .. Nothing special. When we got our food, was undercooked, greasy & honestly, for the price we paid... I rather go to an authentic Greek restaurant.
Best Greek food ever! The portions are huge & the quality of the food is amazing.. tastes like home... definitely will be back
If you're craving some solid Greek food, this is the place to go. The restaurant is slightly dated, but the food compensates for that! The entire staff was great with exception from this one man who seated us, he was probably having a bad night. The prices were fair, & I was absolutely satisfied with the size of the dishes! I recommend their pork gyro, it's beyond tender & seasoned.
One of the best Greek restaurant in Laval. The atmosphere is very warm, menu that fits all taste & fair prices.
Souvlaki Village Grec provides a satisfactory dining experience. The taste is good, & the menu offers a decent selection of Greek dishes. While it may not be exceptional, the restaurant delivers reliable flavors & a comfortable atmosphere for a casual meal.
Definitly the best greek restaurant in laval & I have tried them all.
Been going to this Greek restaurant for more than a decade now. Quality & service never dropped a bit, not even once. The best Greek restaurant not just in town.
My first time trying Greek food it was really delicious. big portion of food.
Great service & reasonable prices.
We didn’t pay for the dessert & we had coffee & cake after our meal .
I will go there again.
Picked up a great pork-lamb platter, superbe portion, really great tasting with rice & greek salad, thanks guys 👌...
J'ai acheté un excellent plateau de porc & d'agneau, une superbe portion, vraiment délicieuse avec du riz & une salade grecque, merci les gars 👌...
