We were visiting from Ontario & super excited to try this place as my family has sever lactose intolerance. Pastries are not overpowering in sugar which is amazing! The flavours were outstanding & didn't have a dry aftertaste, it was moist & soft, even when we came at the end of day. So we became fans!

On sent que Marc-Olivier, le copropriétaire, est fier, non seulement de sa boutique, mais aussi de ses créations. Il a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les gâteaux que nous souhaitions nous offrir, tout en nous partageant son expérience.

Nous avons appris que l'entreprise a vu le jour modestement, en vendant d'abord des cupcakes véganes, avant de prendre de l'expansion grâce à l'expérimentation, mais aussi à une confiance grandissante envers ses propres créations.

On comprend alors que l'expertise en finance de Marc-Olivier est loin d'être un frein, mais constitue plutôt un véritable levier pour maintenir & faire évoluer son entreprise. À Montréal, & dans plusieurs métropoles dans le monde, pouvoir acheter des gâteaux véganes de cette qualité demeure une denrée rare, puisque l'offre y est encore limitée.

Ainsi, créer un gâteau végane, ce n'est pas simplement substituer les matières grasses ou les ingrédients d'origine animale. C'est plutôt construire le dessert autour d'ingrédients véganes afin de préserver des saveurs riches, équilibrées & réfléchies. Le gâteau trompe-l'oeil au chocolat & aux noix en est un parfait exemple : un dessert qui n'a rien à envier aux pâtisseries traditionnelles.

Enfin, des desserts véganes qui sont aussi magnifiques à regarder que délicieux à déguster.

Leur crème glacée & leur cornet : wow!!! (Par le passé, j'ai aussi adoré leur galette des rois & un gâteau style licorne.) Highly recommended!
