Fabulous food, we absolutely did not miss the meat. Friendly owner, family run, felt very homey.You must try it. We will definitely come back & often. I would go vegan if I could eat like this every day.
The food here is phenomenal. I've been vegan for 10 years, & the one thing I've been missing is a quality gyro. The'lamb' gyro exceeded my expectations. It's the only vegan pita I've had, to date, that reminds me of the real thing (& that's saying a lot, considering I've eve had vegan pites in Greece!). The tiropites are also amazing.
We've picked up veganari 5-6 times already since first tyring it ~a month ago.

Absolutely incredible food & service! We got the Cajun Shrimp, Gyro, Philly Cheese Steak, Steak & Pepperoni Sub & Greek Burger. Everything was 10/10, the textures of the meat alternatives are the best I've ever had. Even the non-vegans approved! We will definitely be back :) THANK YOU
By far the best vegan comfort food in Montreal. I've been plant based for over 10 years & I've never had a'lamb' gyro taste so good....& I despise mushrooms (you don't taste it at all).

I'm both Greek & Vegan, this is the best vegan greek food I've ever had. Everything is vegan, each ingredient carefully selected & the meals are simply amazing. The service is fantastic & the owner's passion for the craft is infectious. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. We chose many options on the menu & everything was delicious.
VEGANARIE is such a gem! Authentic Greek vegan food. The food here are absolutely incredible. I had a Philly Cheesesteak Sub, spanakopita, baklava (Served warm & delicious.) & wifey had the Gyro. This is truly food that you can taste the love it was made with. Every bite was packed with flavour & perfectly cooked.
Definitely a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful Vegan / plant-based meal in a charming setting! Can't wait to go back again!
Amazing 100% vegan restaurant with Greek & lots of comfort food options. My friend & I split the popcorn chick'n poutine & loved it! The owner is very friendly & welcomed us into his restaurant. We will definitely be back 😄
Long overdue😘 i wanted to order a lunch for 16 family member. I am the only vegan out of the group but wanted them to try it since they are really good. Starting with Arie & his son who are the most friendliest guys ive come accross. The food lamb/gyro pitas greeknsalad ,potatoes, falafel & shrimp appetizers(fyi shrimp lasted 5 min ) it was absolutely great & everyone loved it .. did i mention im the only vegan.. price was affordable & Arie added some extras, food was more than enough as we all had some leftover for next day. A big thank you & happy 3rd anniversary i wish you many more 👍
I don't say this lightly: the food here is incredible-better than most non-vegan spots I've ever been to. Every dish was packed with bold, vibrant flavor & clearly made with thought & care.
From the first bite, I was blown away. The textures, the spices, the freshness-everything was perfectly balanced. It didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. In fact, it felt like I'd discovered something better.

Even if you're not vegan, this place is absolutely worth a visit. It's not just'good for vegan food'-it's just great food, period.
This had to be one of the most incredibly delicious vegan meals I have ever had! The service was astounding, the food was delectable, & I can't wait to get my hands on more! The entire family was WOWED!!! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a vegan poutine & this place hit the spot! Great service & delicious food. I also loved the bang bang shrimp served with this balanced sweet, creamy, spicy sauce. I found that the Philly cheese stake was a little to salty for my pallet, but overall loved the food. I will be hitting up this vegan joint again.
The owner Arie & his son are steller guys, & really have developed a great little vegan gem.
Amazing food, amazing service! Arie (the owner) is an absolute angel. :) it was a pleasure knowing more about his values & what made him go vegan. Great greek options, great conversations (for the yappers like me), local food / suppliers & he even does charity work for people in need of a good meal. 10/10 :)
OMG you have to try this place if you're in Montreal. I will be making the drive from Ottawa just to have dinner here again so I can try everything! So delicious, flavorful & unique. Can't believe everything is vegan, they have so many options. Reasonable prices & nice big helpings. Try the gyro pita!
