Free parking outside. Be careful one way street. Small well behaved dogs welcome 🐶❤️ All vegan. Amazing selection of Greek & non Greek dishes. I've missed souvlaki & moussaka so this was a most welcome find. Vegan meats well prepared & taste delicious. I find a lot of vegan meats taste like flour or have a weird texture, not here! My gyros pita was delicious! The tzaziki tastes like regular tzaziki (i.e. I can devour a pound of it with an entire baguette). Arie, the owner, was so welcoming & helpful. I didn't get that it was his name in "Vegan-Arie" at first 😆 I'll be back with my puppy.
Food is fantastic! The portions are over-generous:) & the owner is incredibly friendly. Drove all they way from Ottawa to try this, safe to say did not disappoint one bit!! Whether your vegan or not this restaurant is to honestly just so good. Definitely will be back for more!!!
The food was really good, great flavor & quality . served hot . I was just disappointed to pay 4 $ for a portion of frozen french fries. I wish there was a'large' size of fries so I wouldn't have to buy a portion for each kids as an extra for their sandwiches. Also the falafel balls were on the smaller size, but really tasty . Other than that everything was really tasty & We will repeat with family & friends & add it to our lazy nights take-out options. I'm all for supporting local businesses vs big chains .
Food was amazing & tasted great! They welcome you with open arms & with great service. We ordered the popcorn chicken & waffle cone, shiitake lamb pita & the Philly cheese steak sub with fries. Recommend Veganarie to everyone to go there asap!!!
Cannot hype this place up enough. The service was great, Aerie was lovely & the food was actually incredible. Serving size is generous, pricing is more than fair & the mock meats are INSANE. I've been vegan 4 years & this was some of the best food I've had. I had the bang bang shrimp & the pita gyro. Can't wait to go back! Bring this place to downtown please!

First time going to Veganarie, definitely not the last! Amaizing food very impressed with everything I ate. Loved the small mess burger! Let me tell you nothing about it was small!

We drove 45 minutes to try this place out, & it did not disappoint! We had the Philly " cheezewizz" , kofta pita, lamb pita, & a few other dishes. Everything was made fresh & tasted great. BIG PORTIONS, good bang for your buck. I wish I could eat here everyday!!
The food was amazing, BUT... Arie needs manners. The first time ever, an owner spoke to customers the way he does. He treated us like we owed him something. The reason we chose this place was to support local businesses. He needs a wake-up call!! He should let his son rin the businesses.
Yummm 🤤 The food was absolutely incredible!!! We tried the cheeseburger, kofta, gyro , spanakopita , tzatziki & kopanisti... & each thing was more flavourful than the next... Who knew there was this level of vegan flavour in the West Island ? Anyone who hasn't tried this place yet is definitely missing out! Go try it, you won't be disappointed.
It's first time I'm trying vegan Greek food & it was really good. Started with Pikilia for 2 & it is great option for me try different Greek starters. Soy gyro was really good. For dessert both baklava & brownie were amazing. I drove 30 mins to get to this place & it was completely worth it.
Came here for my thanksgiving dinner , & all I can say is I was blown away by this place ! Since I went vegan 10 years ago , I have never never had items like mozzarella cheese sticks or cheese- wiz sauce that tasted identical (if not better) than the real deal ! Every single item I have tried at Veganerie is mouth watering & full of flavour ! Especially the NY chopped cheese Sub ! It just melts in your mouth!! As soon as I walked into the restaurant , I felt a warm / comfortable vibe. We were greeted & welcomed by the amazing owner Arie & i immediately felt at home . Arie was really cool & generous. The drink selection was also unique . The service was really good & the food of course was incredible . Veganerie is definitely one of my new favourite vegan spots in town . I would highly recommend you try it ! Will definitely be back again & again.
Another fabulous meal! I HAD to have the kofta again-this time got it in a pita...DELISH. Tried my son's'little mess' burger & OMG...wow! Only issue...is it was a bit of a mess to eat lol! Fries & greek potatoes on point-especially for delivery. My daughter liked the nuggets-loved the salad. Son's friend LOVED his falafel. Noone had room for the cookies but I heated up as per Arie's recommendation & ooo-ey, gooey deliciousness. Thanks Arie for yet another delicious meal. Love love love!!!!
I was blown away by the incredible vegan versions of food I grew up eating! We started with the bang bang shrimp which were perfectly fried & seasoned with a delicious spicy sauce, the gyro was large & bursting with flavor, & ooh the tzatziki!! The cheese burger was hands down the best vegan burger I've ever had, so juicy & full of flavor & the Philly cheese steak another winner. Perfectly perfect all around. Ari the owner was so welcoming & took his time to explain the menu ingredients & even how everything was prepared. This place has definitely bumped other restaurant of my favorites list! We'll definitely be going back!
