The food was absolutely delicious!! We got the gyro, the falafel, & the chikn pitas with the Greek salad. It was all fresh & tasty. Even my non vegan family appreciated it. Super tasty. It will be our go to vegan restaurant when we visit this area or for sure.

Première venu, on avait beaucoup entendu parler sur les réseau de l'endroit comme la meilleur place pour manger grec & végane ! Nous avons pris le gyros & le kofta. Délicieux & généreux, avec les plus grosse patate grecques que j'ai vu de ma vie & une legère & fraiche salade maison. Vraiment un super resto rapide, ou le service a été au petit oignon pour nous, nouveaux venus, bien qu'a la base, ils ne font pas le service à leur dire. L'Ambiance avec de la musique pop m'a semblé peu agréable, mais on était pas la pour faire du yoga. Le père, le fils & sa copine on fait un gros effort pour parler français & ce fu apprécier. Une équipe de feu ! Rapport qualité prix correcte ! Pour la saveur des plats, la générosité des portions & le gentillesse & tou·te·s, l'équipe de L'Osti D'Végan est fière de donner 5 étoiles sur 5 ! Merci beaucoup pour tout & au plaisir de revenir manger chez vous !

First time eating here & it definitely won't be my last. The gyro, Greek salad & Greek potatoes were delishhhhhhhhhh. The owner & chef were outstanding. I can't wait to go back &/or even order out because I need to try out all the dishes. 🤗

Arie makes the most delicious Greek & comfort food & is so friendly! My family & I have tried many of his dishes. They are all amazing, but my favourites are the spanakopita, arancini, spiced falafel balls, vegan "lamb", & gyros pita. I also finally tried their cheeseburger, & it was the best I've had in a long time. A friend of mine who eats a lot of meat tried mine & was so surprised how good it was. Thank you Arie for providing the West Island with so many delicious vegan meals!

Free parking outside. Be careful one way street. Small well behaved dogs welcome 🐶❤️ All vegan. Amazing selection of Greek & non Greek dishes. I've missed souvlaki & moussaka so this was a most welcome find. Vegan meats well prepared & taste delicious. I find a lot of vegan meats taste like flour or have a weird texture, not here! My gyros pita was delicious! The tzaziki tastes like regular tzaziki (i.e. I can devour a pound of it with an entire baguette). Arie, the owner, was so welcoming & helpful. I didn't get that it was his name in "Vegan-Arie" at first 😆 I'll be back with my puppy.

Cannot hype this place up enough. The service was great, Aerie was lovely & the food was actually incredible. Serving size is generous, pricing is more than fair & the mock meats are INSANE. I've been vegan 4 years & this was some of the best food I've had. I had the bang bang shrimp & the pita gyro. Can't wait to go back! Bring this place to downtown please!

Yummm 🤤 The food was absolutely incredible!!! We tried the cheeseburger, kofta, gyro , spanakopita , tzatziki & kopanisti... & each thing was more flavourful than the next... Who knew there was this level of vegan flavour in the West Island ? Anyone who hasn't tried this place yet is definitely missing out! Go try it, you won't be disappointed.

It's first time I'm trying vegan Greek food & it was really good. Started with Pikilia for 2 & it is great option for me try different Greek starters. Soy gyro was really good. For dessert both baklava & brownie were amazing. I drove 30 mins to get to this place & it was completely worth it.

I was blown away by the incredible vegan versions of food I grew up eating! We started with the bang bang shrimp which were perfectly fried & seasoned with a delicious spicy sauce, the gyro was large & bursting with flavor, & ooh the tzatziki!! The cheese burger was hands down the best vegan burger I've ever had, so juicy & full of flavor & the Philly cheese steak another winner. Perfectly perfect all around. Ari the owner was so welcoming & took his time to explain the menu ingredients & even how everything was prepared. This place has definitely bumped other restaurant of my favorites list! We'll definitely be going back!

The kofta is out of this world. We also had the gyro, the bakon cheeze burger, the pikilia for 2 & the baklava. Everything was SO good. Every component of every dish was carefully thought out & well made. Can't wait to go try more of the menu. All vegan!
Update: the popcorn chick*n poutine is out of this world!

VEGANARIE has amazing food with impeccable & attentive service. The menu has something for everyone, & personally, I can't get enough of the Soy Kofta pita, Soy Gyro pita, & those Greek lemon roasted potatoes – they're delicious!

Let me preface this by stating that my wife is a vegan, but I am not. That being said, if you hadn't told me, I never would have known from the taste that I was eating vegan food. The Shitake "lamb" skewer was AMAZING. Tender & juicy an overflowing with flavour, the spice blend was right on. I had the Gyro Pita & it was also outstanding. The pita itself was soft & fluffy & PACKED full of delicious gyro "meat" along with fresh veggies, & literally the best vegan Tzatziki (heck, maybe the best Tzatziki PERIOD) that I've ever had. My wife tried to Feta Cheese Pita, which I also sampled, & it was out of this world. Stuffed to the brim with tasty Vegan Feta cheese & Tzatziki. The house made Baklava for dessert, coated in a beautiful apple honey, was out of this world. The food was fresh, prepared in a very timely manner, & all of the staff were super friendly & the prices were very reasonable. We had a lovely conversation with the owner (Vegan ARIE) who is a terrific guy, & very passionate about what he is doing (of which the quality of the food leaves little doubt). We look forward to coming back again & again, & we cannot give RESTO VEGANARIE enough praise. Vegan or not, you owe it to yourself to check out this spot, you won't regret it.
