From someone who's had sushi all over the globe, including Michelin-starred restaurants, Nobu, & the freshest spots in Hawaii, I can confidently say this place is the absolute best. Seriously, forget everything you think you know about sushi until you've eaten here. The fish is unbelievably fresh, the rice is perfectly seasoned, & the chef's knife skills are out of this world.
