UTO Sushi ressort comme une adresse où la fraîcheur et le goût des sushis sont au rendez vous, les sushis et makis sont frais et savoureux, les poké bowls et certains sets comme Vancouver ou Calgary suscitent des avis très positifs, les portions sont généreuses et les prix raisonnables, l accueil est chaleureux et le service est souvent décrit comme attentionné et sympathique, le chef est reconnu pour sa gentillesse et sa passion et on ressent son implication dans chaque assiette, il faut parfois prévoir un peu de temps pour la préparation surtout en heure de pointe et il est conseillé d appeler à l avance ou de prévoir quelques minutes d attente, certaines commandes peuvent etre conservées au frais ce qui est perçu comme une attention agréable, les plats vedettes incluent eel poke bowl et torched saumon et saumon nigiri, le lieu est petit mais charmant et donne l impression d une petite enclave japonaise, le rapport qualité prix est largement salué et de nombreux clients le considèrent comme le meilleur sushi de Montréal ou un vrai bijou et l experience est décrite comme cohérente et abordable, ce qui pousse des habitués et des visiteurs curieux à revenir.
This small sushi spot is a hidden gem! The cozy atmosphere is complemented by excellent service &, most importantly, incredible food. The fish is fresh, the rolls are thoughtfully crafted, & every bite bursts with flavor. Despite its size, this place delivers on quality, making it a must-visit for any sushi lover. Highly recommend!
The sushi at Uto is absolutely amazing, the best in MTL in my opinion. It is so fresh & the owner is also lovely! We had a big order of takeout & he was able to get it done in about 40 minutes, which was a feat considering he is working completely solo as a new business owner. I would highly recommend Uto sushi to anyone (#16 is AMAZING), plus its close proximity to Parc Jeanne-Mance makes it the perfect take away option for a nice picnic.

Randomly ended up here because I was in the area & craving sushi & the reviews were all 5 stars. Ohhhh my gosh, I can see why! It's a super small, lowkey spot but the sushi is next level. Super fresh, super tasty & incredibly affordable.
My absolute FAVORITE sushi place in Montreal. The sushi is so fresh, delicious. Rivals sushi I've had in Japan & the prices are so reasonable. My only shop I visit now. ♡
the chef is very friendly. the poke was one of the best dishes i've ever tried, both delicious & super fresh. the place is very clean & the food they prepare smells amazing. definetely returning!
I recently dined at UTO Sushi, & it was a great experience. The food was delicious, with each dish offering fresh & vibrant flavors. The owner was very nice & attentive, making sure everything was to our liking throughout the meal. I would definitely recommend UTO Sushi to anyone looking for a satisfying sushi experience & plan to visit again someday.

Has a good varied selection. Everything we ordered tasted great & fresh! The chef was very friendly & paid attention to details in his food. I will definitely come back!

Today I orderd combo quebec & Ukayama uramaki from this sushi place. The food was so fresh & the quality was good. Although I am so picky about sushi, I really liked the taste!

Came here for lunch while visiting Montreal & had the best poke bowl of my life! Portions were HUGE, fish was fresh & flavours were all amazing. The chef was super friendly & even gave our group some sashimi he was testing out which was also amazing. Will be coming back every time we visit Montreal.
This place just opened a few weeks ago & I hope they are here to stay! Fresh & incredibly yummy sushi & poke bowls with excellent blend of flavors, & on top of that: super nice service & decent prices. There is space to eat in, or the option to take out.
My visit to UTO Sushi was nothing short of spectacular. The menu at UTO Sushi offers a delightful variety & my salmon poke was crafted with the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail is evident, & the presentation is both beautiful & appetizing. I will definitely be returning soon!
A local gem for those who are in a neighborhood, but also worth the trek. A friendly, courteous & polite owner who takes the time to ensure every detail is perfect on each roll. The menu will likely be modified with new & tastier rolls, but the sushi is fresh, rice well seasoned, extremely fair pricing & generous portions. Tasty food, great service, multiple options, clean setting, really affordable. Just what you would expect from a local sushi spot! Bonus, there is a lot on the northwest side at the corner of Prince Arthur & St Urbain (one block away) that gives you two hour free parking.
I stumbled upon this sushi takeout place & decided to give it a try because of its inviting interior. I must say, it was one of the best poke bowls I've ever had, even better than some I had in Hawaii. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, & the sauce was deliciously unique. The owner was extremely friendly. Very impressed & will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!
