Best poke bowl/futomaki combo we've had in a long time. It can look a little sketchy because of the menu photocopies plastered all over the walls, but don't let that deter you! They put maximum effort & care into the food. It's fresh, great portions & the staff are so wonderfully kind & efficient. We took it as take out, & they hand drew little designs on the paper bags.
They put a lot of care into this place, it's worth a detour to pick something up.

Leurs poké bowls sont délicieux. En plus, ils sont une excellente option si vous êtes pressés & vous voulez un bon repas qui est même bon pour la santé! Mon préféré est celui qui a des crevettes tempura 😋

We have been twice to Umai Sushi & its always a very nice experience. Pretty easy to order online & its quick to be ready. Employees are very nice & they even do cute drawings on the paper bag. Sushis, poke bowl, karaange chicken & sushi burrito are all bangers!

Yesterday, both my daughter & I found ourselves near Monk Street & were lucky enough to stop at Umai for food. We ordered delicious smoked salmon poke bowls & bubble pineapple juice. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. They even added stickers to wish us "bon appétit" which we found to be a cute gesture. Although we don't often venture into that part of the city, we will definitely look forward to visiting them again.

Tant les sushis que les poke bowl sont délicieux! 😋 Tout est préparé avec beaucoup de soins, & le service est vraiment chaleureux & sympathique. 👌 Essayez leur poulet karaage en entrée; ça vaut la peine! 🤤

Loved their poke bowls, so I tried their sushi platter & karaage, & both were pretty disappointing. The sushi was mostly cucumber & crabstick. For the price,I'd expect better quality sushi. The karaage was okay but very small pieces & not very authentic karaage. Everything seems really overpriced for the quality of ingredients compared to other sushi places in the sud-ouest.

Delicious sushi snd poke bowls. Absolutely amazing service. Actually it's the best service I've received in a very long time. Super kind & on the ball people. I feel so lucky to have Umai as my neighbourhood sushi shop💜
