Maybe the best Mexican food in Montreal. I've had every one of their tacos & they are all amazingly good. Drinks & appetizers are also top-notch. Staff are incredibly friendly & welcoming. Can't wait to go back.
Had the best experience at Tularosa in Lasalle ! Firstly the hostess greeting us so nice. Food was exceptional!! Authentic Mexican food !! I can't complain one bit ! Awesome ! They make their own chips & the avocado dip is out of this world! Thk you I will definitely bring my family here !!

The food at Tularosa was undeniably delicious, showcasing authentic flavors. However, the portion sizes were noticeably small by North American standards, which made the overall dining experience feel somewhat unbalanced, especially considering the price point. While I appreciate paying for well-prepared cuisine, the cost felt rather high for a Mexican restaurant.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Our server appeared inexperienced, & we waited quite a while before receiving any attention. Although she was polite, the lack of attentiveness & efficiency detracted from the overall experience.
In summary, Tularosa offers great-tasting food in a pleasant setting, but there is room for improvement in portion size, value, & service quality.
We were there in a Saturday night & it was just amazing! We were in six people, with two kids. One of the best Mexican restaurants that we have been recently. The only thing that they could do a little better is how the menu is organized but otherwise, food & service were outstanding!
So far, I've been there twice but I'll go often for sure. Excellent Mexican cuisine with a good balance between traditional & commercial. My favourite is Tacos Gobernador, exquisite flavour & dish presentation. The staff service is awesome with great attention to detail & client satisfaction. Very recommended!
We've been to Tularosa twice now & it's quickly become our favorite Mexican restaurant in Montreal. As a Mexican-Canadian family, we're pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food, & this place truly delivers. The food is fresh, flavorful, & rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine, with a modern touch & the chef's unique twist.
Service is always friendly &, in our experience, fast. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming. Portions are generous, & prices are fair. Will definitely keep going back!
This spot has grown popular fast, so it's a good idea to book ahead.

The food is fresh & inspired. Each plate has the perfect amount of food. Cocktails are perfectly balanced & offer a great compliment to every dish. I had the quesabirria tacos which were excellent & my date had the shrimp tacos. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. Ownership was present & attentive. I also enjoyed being in a Mexican restaurant without Mexican music blasting in my ears the entire time. We'll be back!
It was just OK, We were not served our meals at the same time. I got my meal first, & then we got the appetizer & only when I was almost done. Did my husband get his main meal… Just a little strange, The waitress was very nice, & although I am perfectly bilingual she did not speak a lick of English, & since the meals are all named in Mexican, we had trouble understanding what everything was but all in all it was just OK, Will we return? No …. Lunch cost of the two of us 71,50 including tax & tip, which I find very pricey for lunch
