I've been eating at this restaurant for well over 40 years & c an honestly say that every meal has been great. i remember the sisters who founded it & how kind & gentle they were. I remember one of the sons Georged who was a chef bas well as Maria who is now running the restaurant.
I tried to go to Tre Marie at least once a week & many weeks twice. My favourite dish was liver. with pasta.

Very nice spot & a must try in little Italy. It is a staple of the Italian community. I wasn't blown away by the food, especially not the chicken but it was still worth it. The pasta & the soup were delicious.
Delicious food, great portions, wonderful little place. We were able to be sat promptly even with a full restaurant & did not have to wait an exuberant time for our meals. Would reccomend to a friend & would definitely go again!

Came here for the first time 30 years ago & still today high standards, great place to try in Montreal.
Family owed restaurant business serving authentic homemade delicious food. If you are looking for a good variety Italian food at very reasonable prices & served by a member of the family with a real appreciation of your patronage of their establishment, you MUST experience this place. Tell them Perry sent you watch them smile & say WHO?
Nothing hip about this place but the food is like Nonna used to make. Our server was busy with a large group & it felt lije she forgot us soon after our main course was done.

Well im sorry to say i was displeased with the service even though the food was very good. Here are a few things i noticed 1- You NEVER put a menu on a table more so on the knife & fork your patron is about to use menus are dirty 2- The place mat container should NOT be in a public erea as it like yesterday fell to the floor & was simply picked up the mat that touched the floor was NOT removed from the container that means that at some point someone will have a dirty mat to eat on 3- The restaurant was freezing i understand the restaurant opens at 5pm & your trying to conserve energy but making your patrons freeze is not enjoyable As for the food it was very good i especially liked that it was not salty & i could add my own to taste Now would i go back NO as point 1 & 2 are a turn-off
Nous avons passé une belle soirée au Tre Marie! L'endroit fait typique petit resto italien, l'ambiance était détendue & le service amical & efficace. & surtout les pâtes étaient parfaitement al dente!
ça fait 48 ans que je fréquente ce resto ( un des favoris a Celine & Rene) a l'époque du moins...Vraiment très bon resto mais seul bémol...pour les sourires oublie ça
