I typically order take-out from this location & drive a few kms to get a pizza as I had good experiences in the past & even endorsed the restaurant to friends & family members (also a great Google review from my work account), the last time I ordered a pizza (last week), Im sorry to say it was absolutely terrible, I ordered a half all dressed & half Hawaiian & the pineapple chunks were not only old but incredibly sour defeating the purpose of this combination not to mention the pizza was constructed badly, too much sauce which was not tasting like it typically did either & the cherry on top was I fell sick for 2 days after & am writing this review since I know the owner cares & this is not the typical way the food is prepared & this must have been a one-off nonetheless the experience was a bad one & hence the bad review...
We arrived at the same time as a family of 3. We were 5 & had a different server.
The family of 3 had time to eat their main meal, dessert, paid & left before we got our main meal.
Very poor service.

Le serveur après 30 minutes d'attente s'est rendu compte qu'il avait oublier de passé notre commande & ah oui ont était ca seul table … aucun désolé rien zero politesse!!!! Terrible à évite
Since my husband & I moved to the West Island about 1 year ago, we have been ordering our supper's at this location. We are completely disappointed with the service & the food itself. As we know Mikes menu & good family friends that own a few locations, the food is delicious but unfortunately this location feels like they rush to make the orders & are very cheap on the quantities. The delivery drivers are always rude. The restaurant constantly make mistakes on orders. I understand restaurants are busy, but multiple mistakes isn't normal. Including tonight we gave it another try, our pizza was like a sheet of paper & not properly made. Not generous on the fries at all. The bag was almost empty. Kindly asked for mayo & ketchup, received one of each. Completely Unacceptable. As regular customers that been ordering for over a year & spending a lot of money there it's extremely disappointing. Especially I am pregnant on my 4th child & constantly ordering from this location because I adore Mikes food but it's upsetting..

While the restaurant was pretty quiet for Saturday lunchtime, we were seated at a table in the middle of a bunch of booths. It gave us a kind of fishbowl effect, making us feel like we were on display. The poor waitress was doing her best, but she was alone & her day apparently started off busy. I was going to get the Taste of Thai, but wasn't sure about Thai from a pizza place, so I opted for what was essentially a calzone. It was not great: too large & too doughy, although the thinner parts were good. I should have gone with the Thai, as someone else in our party let me try & it was yummy. The kids' meals were tasty, but the Ceasar salad was just a dollop of bland leaves. If I come back, I will pick something else. The bruschetta from the app menu were good, too.
Service was excellent , my waitress Larisa was very attentive to our needs & brought us our food on time. She even remembered our order from our previous visit as well as entertaining our kids with the restaurant robot. Highly reccomend the Pizza & seasoned fries :)

Food was amazing, came out quick & hot, but what I appreciate even more was the quick service I got from larisa the waitress, Sunday night was packed to the door & she took care of us with ease, definitely will be coming back !
Had amazing attentive service as always & the food was very good. Love the pizzas & subs! The gentleman that welcomed us & served our group was amazing👍🏻
Fausse Publicité !!!!! Nous avons réservé le restaurant chez mikes sur la rue st charles pour 25 personnes un dimanche alors qu'il était indiqué que les enfants mangeait à 3$. & on s'est fait dire à la fin qu'il n'avait pas de rabais puisqu'on était un groupe ! -_-
Food is always prepared very quickly before I can even get there. Mac & Cheese is delicious, so is the seafood pizza. I'm never disappointed with what's offered.
Nice staff, & discount for takeout. Overall amazing.
I had not been to a Mike's since the 1980 when I lived in Montreal. Wow my favorite sub was still on the menu & it was good!
The place was clean & service was good. We were able to sit for a while & enjoy our meal. Thanks Mike's for a trip down memory lane!
I ordered take out with my girlfriend. I got an all dressed sub. Got home (20 minutes away) to only find out that they didn't put any sauce on or on the side! Disappointed to say the least.
