Tommy Café est perçu comme un lieu charmant et très prisé, installé dans un bâtiment historique du Vieux-Montréal avec un intérieur à étages et une ambiance cosy qui séduisent pour le café, les toasts à l'avocat et les pâtisseries. Le service est souvent salué comme chaleureux et efficace, et la qualité des boissons et des plats est largement appréciée, avec des mentions particulièrement positives pour l avocado toast, les pancakes et les latte. We absolutely loved having breakfast here! I had the classic avocado toast on gluten free bread with an egg on top & it was very, very good. My partner had the breakfast croissant sandwich which came with salad on the side & he really enjoyed it. We got chai lattes that were the perfect temperature & not too sweet. Tommy Cafe is a quirky place with a really nice vibe. Great to pop in for a hot drink or grab a pastry or a bite to eat. Seems very popular with locals & tourists alike. As a bonus I also got the gluten free lemon cake to take away & it was divine. We will definitely be returning!
It is quite a busy place. bustling 🏙? Everything I tasted was delightful, but the breakfast croissant & salmon avocado toast were particularly outstanding. 🥐🥑💯

Excellent cafe in Old Montreal. Cafe late & Matcha Late were excellent. Breakfast croissant sandwich was awesome. Chocolate chip cookie was excellent. Would recommend as a must stop for a trip to Old Montreal.
Tommy Cafe is solid. They have approximately 10 locations, offering wonderful coffee & baked goods at a reasonable price-point. My wife & I stopped in here for a quick breakfast before we departed the wonderful city of Montreal.
We had a Chocolate Croissant & a Sesame Bagel with regular cream cheese. The croissant was delicious. The bagel was among the best I've ever had. Montreal bagels are different from New York bagels (& in my humble opinion better).
If you are looking for tasty baked goods in a relaxed friendly atmosphere go to Tommy Cafe.
Stepping into this café felt like a pause button in the middle of a busy city day. The natural light, the ceramic-patterned plates, & the casual elegance of the setup created the ideal backdrop for what became a delightful breakfast experience.
Trying Cuban coffee (Café Cubano) for the first time was a standout moment-bold, beautifully layered, with a rich crema & subtly sweet finish. It was love at first sip! The texture & intensity were unlike any other espresso-style coffee I've had.
🥐 The croissant was flakey & buttery, & paired perfectly with the robust coffee.
🥯 The bagel was fresh, & the ham & mozzarella croissant sandwich was savory & satisfying, especially with the fresh side salad.
🌸 The macarons added a sweet, dainty touch to end the meal on a light note.
We went there for brunch, Very bad service, on of the waitresses has attitude, & she took the empty plate oh the table without asking when the plate was under my wife's hand. 🤔
There is another waitress with curly blonde hair, she was so polite & nice with the guests.
The breakfast croissant has nice decoration however, came with egg on top with too much salt on it.
They have omelette in the menu but they didn't have it available for brunch.
The French toast was normal.
The latte was good.
Their bakery 🧁 was good.
It's not recommend for the breakfast or brunch, you don't have options to choose.

I had the Emma for breakfast. It was so perfect! The grilled cheese was so fresh tasting along with the soup. I loved that it came with a salad, as well.
The decor is beautiful. Very romantic setting for a date or perfect for a girls brunch.
If you can't do stairs though, probably not the spot for you.
Very very good cafe. Went here for breakfast & had the Chocolate Pistachio croissant, Avo Toast & the Bacon & Egg sandwich along with coffees. The Chai Latte was beyond excellent. The ambience of the place is great as well.
I have been here for the first tym & my experience was really good. The cashier name Dame( not sure if its the correct pronunciation), was really nice, polite & helpful. She was kind enough for me to choose our wholesome breakfast. Impressed by the vibe of the cafe & the customer service. Highly recommended!!🤩
Went for breakfast during a snowstorm with all of my bags before taking the train & the staff was incredibly accommodating. Such a cozy atmosphere with delicious food & coffee, the split level is a really cool layout as well!
This cafe is so cute! Great decor, it made the place feel very cozy & inviting. Friendly staff. We tried the Tommy latte, a regular latte, & the breakfast croissant. Delicious! & can tell the staff enjoy working there!
