The food at Tiramisu was absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the service brought the experience down a bit. From the start it felt like they just wanted to get us in & out as quickly as possible, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. It wasn't busy at any point so it didn't make sense that it was rushed.
By the end of the meal, we weren't asked if we wanted dessert/coffee or how we wanted to split the bill. Instead, the bill was just quietly placed on our table before we had finished eating.
I also got the impression that the bar staff was frustrated my friend switched her wine after tasting it even though they had offered the tasting in the first place.
So while the food was truly excellent, the service made the experience & atmosphere far less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope this was just an off day.Voir plus

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of the pizza oven fills the air, instantly setting the tone for an incredible dining experience. The energy is amazing-everyone is smiling, making you feel welcome right away.
Rocco is hands-down the #1 host, & Victoria runs the place like there are five of her, ensuring everything is seamless.
Now, the food-absolutely phenomenal! We had the mushroom pizza & a burrata pizza that wasn't even on the menu-a successful test run that was out of this world. The Caesar salad is unlike any other, truly something special, & the truffle fries? Pure delight.
The pizza crust alone is a 15/10, & that rating extends to the food & service as a whole. If you're looking for top-tier Italian flavors with an unbeatable vibe, Tiramisu Royalmount is the place to be!Voir plus

Nice ambiance, retreated from the noises of the Foufou food court; good food, & great service. I had the pizza & liked it very much but it has too much barren dow & not enough toppings; the tuna tataki & the chicken sandwich were very good.Voir plus

Just make me understand how you can sit at the table for a while ,spend a good amount of money ,keep spending ,& suddenly the waiter who told you no rush ,one hour ago ,saying that the table has a reservation!!! For 7 p.m Why didn't t they tell me before that at 7 p.m other people s coming Being rude it s not a good start for anyone especially at this fancy mall .More I was waiting for a friend to come around 7 :30 p.m ... J'ai récemment visité le Tiramisu & je peux dire que le service était impeccable & rapide: l'équipe était accueillante, professionnelle & toujours attentive. L'ambiance générale du restaurant était charmante. Les pizzas étaient très bonnes malgré que j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait peu de choix dans le menu. En général super expérience. We visited this restaurant on a whim during our Thursday trip to the mall, without checking reviews beforehand, & it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The staff was welcoming & seated us right away. Their recommendations were excellent, too. We tried the arancini tatare as an appetizer which had sushi rice inside-such an interesting Asian fusion twist! For the main course, we had the Mamma Mortadella pizza, which was absolutely fantastic. The honey drizzle on top balanced the saltiness perfectly, & the crushed pistachios added an incredible fragrance & texture. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere overall, but the music was a bit of a letdown. It was very loud throughout the whole food court with heavy drumbeats it was a little hard to have a conversation at times. While the cocktails & desserts didn't stand out as much, the amazing pizza & great service is def worth another visit! (Of course without the DJ hopefully)Voir plus

Edit , Boxing Day December 26 2024 We tried it a second time, just WOW, service is even better, keeps getting better & better, sky is the limit. Met the GM Rocco , smiling, welcoming, he breathes customer service & knows hospitality in & out. Our server was so great, Betty , from wine suggestion to accommodating our table for 6. She knew the menu in & out & memorized all the order, like the old days how servers were smart & to the T. Trust me, try this place. It's a different experience, different level! We came to try the pizza at Royal Mount & oh Boy very tasty, fresh & absolutely yummy, everything is fresh, decor is nice, extremely clean, the server Noemie , alone , served the whole restaurant like a champ! A Delightful Dining Experience at Tiramisu royalmount From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly. Rocco (GM), was friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations & explaining the menu with ease. The food was absolutely fantastic, & what stood out even more was how reasonably priced it was for the quality. We started with the charcuterie Board, fries, arancini & beef tartare!! Delish!! For the main course, I chose a pizza , thin flavourful & nothing short of what a napolitain pizza should be!!! Kids chose the focaccia sandwiches & they were quite impressed! The portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming, offering great value for money. However one area I would like to see improvement is the variety of vegetables & salad options.having a wider range of fresh creative vegetables & salads would make the menu more appealing. For dessert, we shared the Tiramisu , & a few donuts from next door ( I'm not a fan of donuts but these I liked) which was a sweet & satisfying way to end our meal. Given the quality of the food & the exceptional service, we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything was. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, making it the perfect place for a casual night out or a special occasion. With its excellent value, great food, & attentive service, I can't recommend Tiramisu enough & can't wait to return.Voir plus

Tiramisu Royalmount is a hidden gem inside of what is already an upscale & beautiful gourmet hall...This restaurant's atmosphere is gorgeous (& so are the cocktails!), the level of service & attention to detail is impeccable, & the food is 12/10. Pizza was a bit disappointing. The crust was quite hard to chew, not airy/chewy enough. Chili oil was not spicy at all. I would've loved to try their other dishes from their Chinatown location, but their Royalmount location only has pizza options.Voir plus
