Tiradito consistently dazzles with fresh, flavorful Peruvian fusion tapas, standout ceviche, and inventive cocktails, all set in a stylish, lively bar atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, the vibes are energetic yet welcoming, and sharing plates make for a fun, social dining experience. Occasional downsides include loud music and bar seating that can feel tight, but overall guests leave impressed and eager to return.
The service was good, the food was ok not an amazing experience but maybe it was what we ordered. The restaurant is also very noisy so it's hard to hold a conversation. The sitting is like a bar style, with bar stools set up around the servers & bar area. Place is not large.
Lovely bar for a date night out to enjoy some good vibes & great service!
I suggest mostly for dates as a large part of the bar is the main seating area so for groups larger than three it would be hard to communicate.
You can continue the night downstairs at the Pelicano!!

As mentioned here, I will definitely agree that Tiradito is not a restaurant, but also bar, as such just bar seating is available, but have to admit that the food served here is phenomenal, much better than the one you can get in Peru itself & probably the best we got throughout our Quebec & Ontario trip. Having been tapas size, we could try quite some like ceviche, duck magret slices, chicken dumplings, calamari & prawns - all phantastic. Pisco sour - our pick for cocktails was just gorgeous. I believe a trip to Montreal won't be complete without visit of this place.
Bar Tiradito was everything & more! We were visiting from Toronto for our mum's birthday. She absolutely enjoyed the casual sitting & the music was a hit! Our servers were so prompt on all our orders. The food was amazing!!! A must visit when in Montreal
Toujours une valeur sûre pour une date. Le service autour du bar par l'équipe dynamique & souriante rehausse l'expérience.
Must: calmars, pieuvre, dumpling & une couple de Pisco Sour. Succès garanti
Lively atmosphere with the majority of seats positioned to watch the chefs & bartender prepare their dishes & drinks. Great dishes to share & enjoy communaly with you dining partners!
I was really excited to come here but I was disappointed. I normally love duck, but it was so fatty & chewy we couldn't eat it. Service wasn't great - we had to wait so long to order & they forgot one of our dishes. I also didn't love the bar seating, it felt cramped & uncomfortable. I couldn't recommend, sorry.

Excellente expérience! Le service de notre barman Joseph était très sympathique! La nourriture était excellente, je recommande les frites de yuka & le tartare de saumon! L'espresso martini était exquis.
L'ambiance était fantastique également.
Peruvian restaurant, we were 2 & shared 4 dishes & were fullllll. The vibe is so cool too, neon sign & bar tables. The food is SO delicious & cooked to perfection. Best octopus I've had in my life & the ceviche was to die for. Food wise this restaurant deserves 10000/10 alone.
Tiradito was recommended to us by the bartender at our hotel & I'm glad we tried it. Fun vibe, signature cocktails, & unique & delicious menu - combination of Peruvian & Japanese. We loved it!

Amazing spot! Super lively & fun. First off the set up of this place is a huge bar in the middle & bar seating all around the bar & seating against the wall. There is no traditional seating it is all bar stools. This was maybe one of the very few downsides of the place, if you wanted to kind of relax & have a seat back you wont have that luxury. The drinks were super interesting & delicious. The negroni was different & you could really taste the coffee flavour in there. The maraycun sour (pisco sour with passion fruit) was really nice & tarty. The staff was helpful & really gave you a lay of the land regarding the menu. The suggestion was about 4-5 dishes for 2 people which was reasonable. The yucca fries are a MUST get. SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS. The vegetable dumplings, also very nice, maybe could have been filled a little better. The cheese empanadas were just okay, not great, not bad. On the meat side the octopus was really nicely made & had a great flavour & the chicarron dish was super tasty & filling. The one thing I would not suggest is the donut dessert. Honestly not great. They shouldn't have it on the menu. It tastes like nothing. We left it on the table after a few bites. The donut itself was tasteless & it was drenched in this very flowy sugar syrup. So its not like the syrup even permeated the donut. It was really terrible, but everything else was amazing.
This was my first time visiting this restau-bar with a friend. The food was tasty & the cocktails were also enjoyable. However, be aware that the portions are really small, more like appetizer/tapas size, which we weren't expecting. If you're just looking for a very light bite & mainly there for the cocktails, it might be a good spot. But if you're planning to have a proper peruvian meal, this may not be the best choice. Another downside is that there are no proper tables, just bar seating, which felt cramped & uncomfortable, especially being squeezed in between other people. I think this place could have more potential, if they offer larger portions, not just appetizer-style dishes, & have proper tables for people who are actually looking to dine in, not just sit at a bar. Despite the good food, I don't think I'll be coming back unfortunately
Got the crispy shrimp, pork belly, salmon Tiradito & fried chicken. Food was all pretty good but not like mind blowing. Drinks were really great & beautifully presented & it was impressive how bartenders multitasked with making drinks & taking orders. Music was very loud, even early in the night, so IMO too loud for dinner, especially if you're trying to talk to your friends. I'd go again for drinks!

It's a nice place with good food & drinks, but keep in mind this is a BAR. Not a bistro, restaurant, or whatever you want to call it. Do not expect a proper sit down meal
Loved that there are no tables, just every patron are sitting at the bar. Great atmosphere & the personnel are great to watch & are very serviceable. Tapas style restaurant & all that we tried was fantastic. Even the cook saw that we only ordered one sandwich & offered to cut in two for us...great attention to a small detail. Will be going back for sure!
This was the first place we ate at when we landed in Montreal, & it was so much fun! We made a reso which I highly recommend. When you enter the inside vibe is super cool. It's dark with neon lights & really good music playing. We sat at the bar & literally got 1:1 attention from the server/bartender who was super nice! All of the food here was delicious. We shared a bunch of dishes & some of my faves were the yuca fries, fried chicken, chicharron mango salad, & the salmon tiradito. I also tried duck heart for the first time!! A lot of the dishes are listed as spicy but they were not spicy at all. The drinks here were also sooooo good. I loved the Pina Colada cocktail they have (can't remember the actual name). It tasted like a yummy fruity drink! My mom had the virgin version & really liked it too! I would definitely come back here again, everyone was so so nice & made our dinner super fun!
Food was delicious! Our favorite dish was the pulpo anticucho. The atmosphere & the service are phenomenal. Highly recommend this place for a fun night out! The bartender/waitress, Roxane, was incredibly kind & so helpful.
