I want to have that ceviche forever.
The food was amazing. Service was friendly.
Music a bit too loud for my tastes, but it's labeled as a bar so can't complain too much. It wasn't busy when we went, so maybe when it is it gets hard to understand each other. Everything is basically a bar seat, so I don't think I would come here with a large group.
Went with a group of friends on a Sunday night & everything we ordered, food & drinks were excellent. The chicken dumplings were especially good. The only downside was the service, which was very slow. It wasn't busy, yet it took a long time to get drinks or have someone check in, which was surprising for a bar. We actually ended up heading to another place after dinner even though we'd planned to stay for more drinks. Great food, but service definitely needs improvement.
Tasty Peruvian/Asian food! The vibes are great first of all, great place with music for a Friday night dinner. The restaurant is tapas style, the portions are small so you should order 2-3 plates for yourself. There's no'table' to sit down & have proper dinner, it's more like barstools & bar counters. This was a big annoying for a pregnant woman like myself but I ended up standing in front of bar & enjoying the music rather than sitting down. I recommend you try this place, it's nice ! My favorite was the'bao type' sandwich
Spontaneous dinner on a Monday night, not too busy, but the vibe was still excellent. Got a seat at the bar, service was great & we felt truly welcomed. Food was excellent!
This is a fun Peruvian restaurant that specialises in Nikkei cuisine situated along Rue de Bleury. The indoor seating wraps around the bar, there are outdoor tables as well. Opening hours are 5.30pm to 10.30pm daily. Had a really nice dinner here during a recent visit to Montreal, one we'd be very happy to repeat in the future.
Share style plates were all very good during our meal. Octopus, raw fish, duck skewers, dumplings & ceviche dishes were enjoyed by all, as were the nicely mixed cocktails behind the bar. Environs are really nice, lighting dim, bar side seating works well for groups of 2-3, service was friendly & timely with orders, prices reasonable for the quality & portion sizes of servings.

You will be hard pressed to find better tapas in montreal. Everything was amazing from the drinks to the food & service. Sat at the bar & had a great experience. Must come here!!!
Had a very short notice meal at Tiradito while in Montreal for a few days. Food was fantastic, carpaccio was light & zesty, Pollo Frites were delicious.
Atmosphere was great. I recommend if you are a small group to sit at the bar & watch the chefs prepare your food. The house Margarita was also great.
The food is delicious! They have some dishes that lean a bit more asian-fusion than Peruvian, but the Peruvian dishes are far better. The drinks are great & it's fun getting to sit at the bar & watch as everything comes together. I would say that it is a bit of challenging space if you want to have a good chat over dinner. The bar style seating is good if you are no more than two people. Fun atmosphere & food though

We have been dining out extremely well in the last little while, including at some Michelin plate restaurants. This place can hold its head high amongst all of that competition. The food here is unique & absolutely delicious. We will be back probably tomorrow or certainly Thursday.
Couldn't come last night, it was solidly booked! So we went to the sister restaurant next door (which was also great: same chef, you see).
But we made it back tonight. Seated by the bartender this time, got a great show as he made drinks (so rapidly!) for everyone.
Service was great…weird fusion…food wasn't bad but it was an odd mash up. Seating was not ideal, seating at barstools. Not ideal for socializing. Not enough to share each plate. Overpriced.

Une cuisine à découvrir & partager avec des amis. 2 plats par personne environ. Une ambiance de Sud, avec une musique un peu forte. On est assis au bar. On a bien aimé après un spectacle !
We had SUCH an amazing time at this restaurant. The food, drinks, & service were incredible. We especially loved the papas rellena & the crispy shrimp. They even have chicha morada, which I adore. I can't wait to go back. I only took one star off atmosphere because the section of bar we were seated at had this weird end-wall section sticking out that made it a bit uncomfortable. I also only saw stools, so if you have something physically going on that requires a chair back, this might not be an accessible choice for dining.
We enjoyed our evening. We didn't know that we could only sit at the bar but it worked out okay. A bit tight, but not uncomfortable. Food was good but prepare to order several items. It's tapa style!
Absolutely blown away by Tiradito, Montreal's hottest spot for Peruvian eats & beats! As a Peruvian guy, I can confidently say this is the best Peruvian restaurant in the city.
First off, the vibe is electric: a sleek, tapas-style bar where everyone sits together, soaking up the energy of the open kitchen & the buzz of cocktail shakers in action. The staff bring that perfect mix of warmth & professionalism.
Now, the food. The tapas-style plates are perfect for sharing & exploring the menu's full range. You'll want to try everything: the ceviche is simply mind-blowing-fresh, zesty, & packed with flavor, easily the best in Montreal.
Drinks? The Pisco Sour is legendary, but don't sleep on the Maracuyá Sour if you're into passionfruit. The cocktail menu is as creative as the food, & every sip feels like a celebration.
Tiradito is more than a restaurant-it's an experience. Whether you're here for a few tapas & drinks or a full-on feast, you'll leave impressed, satisfied, & already planning your next visit.
For anyone looking for authentic Peruvian flavors with a modern twist, this is your spot. Trust me, as a local Peruvian, Tiradito is the real deal!
What a great find! This restaurant is a hidden gem. The atmosphere was fun & energetic. (There was Latin music - think Pitbull - playing all evening.) The staff were all friendly, & the food & drinks were fabulous. The restaurant serves tapas, so the three of us shared six dishes. We could have gone with five as we were stuffed. It was so fun to order a few dishes at a time, & the staff never made us feel rushed. Note that there are no tables. You sit around the bar/kitchen. I would definitely go back. Make reservations if you go because it was packed.
