We went there for their new year event, & honnestly it was amazing! We had access to a small but nice dessert open bar. Also were given a beer & at midnight a glass of bubles.
We had an amazing time waiting for midnight while playing a bunch of different arcades (which were included in the ticket price)
Finally, what I'll probably remember the most, was the magician, seing incredible magic tricks right in front of you was mesmerising.
Overall a great experience!
We were seated by the front staff whom was at the podium & we sat for nearly 20 minutes & our server never arrived, no greeting, no water, nothing. (I waved at a worker & they said that our server was coming). Never knew if our server was going to arrive at all we did not stay to find out.
The place (the restaurant section in particular) has so much potential it is unfortunate. Maybe it will improve in a few years time

Food needs to improve big time. Sesame noodles lacking flavour. Nachos was quite lacking as well (chicken & the pork) Maybe will just try the pizza next time. Everything else was underwhelming the guy enjoyed his chicken though.

Horrible management, under staffed & very inexpensive waiters. We came for the all you can eat wings but I ended up only getting 24 wings after 2 hours... since you start with 12 wings & can only order 6 wings at a time afterwards. It also took about 50mins to get our first round of drinks & half of the wings were cold to the touch when we got them. Side note, alot of the tables that were empty still had food on them that wasnt cleaned up from the previous people... what a dissapointment.
I ordered all you can eat wings with my group. It took alot of time to get the first plate of wings, as well as for the second & third plates. On our third plates, the chicken wings were cold right upon receiving them, which made us lose our appetite. Our drinks also came late & we had to ask staff to remind them. Service was not timely overall & the food quality was low.
There were not many arcade games available, & several of the ones that were there were not functional. We also expected to eat on-site, as there are two restaurant options; however, one was closed for a private event & the other had already closed. There was no signage or notice advising that the restaurants were unavailable.
We purchased a 4-hour unlimited gameplay card with the plan to play, then eat, & finally see a movie. Instead, we were forced to leave the mall to find food elsewhere & then return for the movie, which completely disrupted our plans.
Overall, the lack of communication & unavailable amenities made this a very disappointing experience.
Food here is terrible. Frozen burger patties, salad with no dressing, fries overcooked, & raw chicken wings. We asked the waitress to cook our chicken wings a little more & she gave us attitude. She went in the kitchen & came back out saying the cook said its normal that its red inside & its because the way they killed the chicken & the veins are red… wait staff & cooks should not say stuff like that. You can see the picture that its completely red inside & its unappetizing. They eventually changed it but with a lot of attitude. Arcades are great but they need a better cook & a floor manager that knows what to do.
If you have ever wondered what it feels like to wait 20 minutes for a glass of diet coke, you should try the new restaurant that has the 2 pool tables at the rec room. The food itself wasn't bad, but the service was very very bad. My food got cold before I got my drink. Which eventually took 3 seconds to make.
Edit: dropped the stars for from 5 to 3. I used to enjoy this place alot, but I've noticed a deterioration in the games. They're getting worn out, they've adjusted games to be VERY difficult to win anything.

Half the games were somewhat or completely broken sadly.
Didn't get the chance to the the food, nor talked to any employees either, but the atmosphere was nice at least. Not much to say
Wow. Just bloody wow. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Horrible. I can't believe that they let these people work there. Rude. Entitled. & finally, STUPID!!!!! We should have when we 1st dealt with the bartender. Didn't know their backside from their elbow. Then the server took 25mins to come take our orders & not happy to serve us. Rude. Just rude. Got our orders wrong too. Then when we returned the wrong orders & got the correct ones, it's like they were deliberately sabotaged. They were absolutely awful. No care in presentation or preparation.
The manager was absolutely no help!! No offer for discounts or a refund, let alone a goddamn apology!!!
I'm the only person who'll complain & let you know that this place should be nuked. Staff should all be fired. We didn't even stay to play games. The atmosphere was ruined by substandard staff. Whoever owns this'hole' should be embarrassed.
Gift shop. What happened to the prizes? You had Super Mario plushees, Luigi, Princess. Now? Unknowns. Go back to ordering stuff toys people actually recognize. Other than that. Great place.

We had a very pleasant experience at Royalmount. The atmosphere is warm & friendly, & the staff are attentive & welcoming. One thing that could be improved is the kids' menu, which could offer a bit more variety & healthier options. Overall, it's a very accessible & enjoyable place to spend time with family & friends.
The Food + Bar was well cleaned & huge, the wings was so tasty. Didn't know this place was opened because I arrived when the mall was closed! Food took a minute to arrive but everything was fine.
We went for all you can eat wings & we were really surprised with the quality of the food. It exceeded our expectations & 100% worth it. Everything was fresh & hot. The service was great as well & we definitely recommend this place.
