We went for a bite to eat, & my husband got the Crispy chicken burger & fries I got a rec room room burger with salad. With a side of pico de gallo… For my burger…The waiter was very friendly. Food was good !… The rec room has the-cleanest Washrooms I've ever seen… the place was bubbly & happy & I would love to go back again.

Went with my family, spent over 200$ on RecRoom, food, movies & concessions. No toilet paper & no service at the coat check to get our jackets back. Young lady at the desk was calling for help & nobody was coming. Asked to speak to a Manager & a young man named Antoine with a badge identifying him as'Gestionnaire Service Client' came to see me & suggested that I write a review to Cineplex. I asked to speak to the General Manager & was told he would call me. After 2 days, I didn't get a call so I wrote to Cineplex. A man who identified himself as'Derek' called back, questioned me & said that he would look at the cameras & see if there was anything he could do for me, he would contact me. I reiterated that my family & I had spent 200$ that evening & that I had booked an event at RecRoom Scarborough in October for 17 persons & was looking to book again in Montreal for our next conference but Derek didn't seem to give any care at all. Terrible customer service which is a shame because when people spend time & money at your establishment you should, at the very least be courteous & honor minimum customer service standards. Too bad Derek doesn't care.

I came with my friends to eat & watch a game & were surprised by how good the wings are! Our server Jorge was super attentive & gave us amazing recommendations, even told us we could use the scene + card which I didnt know before🤩 10/10 will come back!

Le bowling était très achalandé, avec seulement quelques allées disponibles. On a dû attendre longtemps avant d'avoir notre tour, & une fois arrivés, on a dû se dépêcher parce que d'autres attendaient derrière. Il n'y avait aucun employé pour organiser les tours.

The wings are amazing-my kid loves them! The atmosphere is fantastic, & they even have karaoke. It's awesome!

It's a great arcade! I only recommend to go more during the day in the week if possible though, I've tried to come a few times on weekends & it's insanely crowded. Not the arcades fault! But for a better experience I would aim to come during the week.
