The Keg Steakhouse + Bar opened the doors of its first restaurant in 1971 in Vancouver. Since then, The Keg has expanded across Canada and the US to include over 100 locations. Très bel endroit, nous y avions réservé pour le temps des fêtes. Seul bémol c'est que nous avons dû attendre un bon moment malgré l'heure de notre réservation. Nous avons dû patienter au bar avec toute la famille donc des personnes plus âgées. Par contre, pour nous remercier de notre patience on nous a gentiment payé les consommations prises au bar ce qui a été très apprécié. Toujours de l'excellente nourriture servie avec soin & l'ambiance surtout étant donné le temps des fêtes était géniale! MerciView more

This is my second time that I was in this bar with my friends. Unfortunately. The table was dirty & seems they don't have time to clean up their tables in busy hours. Furthermore, there was a chewing gum under the table in which it was disgusting. We report this to waitress so then they change the table for us have. However, they didn't bother to offer us anything for compensation.View more

A few weeks ago, my experience at The Keg in Laval was far from what I had expected. We encountered multiple issues that left us disappointed, but what truly stood out was how the manager handled the situation. They reached out & invited us back, offering to make it right on the house. This gesture of goodwill was much appreciated, & when we returned, we were in for an incredible experience. Our second visit was nothing short of spectacular. The food was, of course, top-notch (as always with The Keg), but what truly made this experience memorable was our amazing waitress, Sylvie. She was the perfect blend of professional, kind, & fun, which really elevated the evening. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel like we were her top priority, offering insightful menu recommendations, sharing laughs, & making sure our every need was met with genuine care. Sylvie's warmth & energy turned a potentially forgettable night into an unforgettable one. We are so grateful for the service she provided, & it's safe to say that from now on, we'll be returning to this specific location, & specifically requesting to be seated in her section. She made our entire visit truly remarkable, & it's because of her that we will be loyal patrons of The Keg in Laval for years to come. Malgré une réservation, l'attente est beaucoup trop longue : entre 15 & 30 minutes avant d'être assis. C'est vraiment frustrant, surtout quand tu t'attends à ce que tout soit prêt à ton arrivée. Le service à l'entrée pourrait clairement être amélioré, car l'organisation semble manquer. Cela dit, la nourriture est très bonne & savoureuse, donc ça compense un peu. Dommage que l'expérience soit gâchée par l'accueil & le temps d'attente.View more
