Si vous dépassez 25 ans, vous serez les'matantes' de la terrasse; clientèle très jeune. Assurez-vous de la température avant de vous y rendre; si la pluie s'invite, c'est le chaos total car la terrasse n'est couverte qu'à certains endroits (heureusement nous avons ou finir la soirée au bar, un peu plus couvert)...les employés se mettent à courir dans tous les sens pour enlever les coussins, les chaises, etc. à ce moment, les clients n'existent plus! Nos cocktails ont'trainé' au bar de service pendant 15-20 minutes (j'ai du demander au barman (pas sympathique du tout en passant) de nous les donner, nos repas nous ont été servis 30 minutes après avoir été commandé car notre serveuse était occupée à faire payer les clients qui quittaient presque tous en même temps pour ne pas se faire arroser par la pluie... Pas de vin en bouteille (seulement un rouge & un blanc sans nom sur le menu). La nourriture est excellente, bien présentée, prix raisonnables mais les cocktails sont, à mon avis, hors de prix (minimum 17$).Voir plus

I visited ciel rose on 25/07/25. It was my first time going. We had a reservation for 2 at 9:30 but unfortunately we arrived late because we had trouble finding parking & also finding the establishment. I'll say that it is not easy to find & also to get to the rooftop. Upon arriving we made our way to dining area inside where a young man in black with curly hair was. We asked for directions to rooftop. He asked us if we had a reservation & we said yes. He guided us to the rooftop & we were on our way. Upon arriving at the rooftop there was no one to greet us. We waited about 5 minutes not really knowing what to do. We asked a busboy that had braids if there's someone who could help us. He then told us to go see the manager by pointing to him. I was very taken aback as this was my first time here & I didn't feel comfortable going up to a manager & I couldn't even tell to who he was pointing to.. I told him so no one can help us? There's no one to greet us? He said I don't know what to tell you… he was very rude! He said that usually they greet us at the dining area for reservations & I told him that we told the guy we had a reservation & he just told us to go to the rooftop. Turns out the guy we saw in the beginning at the dining area was the manager. We told him we had a reservation but we are late & he went to check if there was tables available. He didn't really look or help to be honest. He said we could stay standing & wait for a table or go to Zuma which I didn't know what he was taking about. We decided to stand at the bar. I'll say that the drinks were very good & the music & atmosphere was great. The Dj did a great job! After about 45 minutes of standing & we saw a table available we asked a nice gentleman with a white polo that seemed like another manager if we could go to the empty table. He brought us to the table & cleaned it for us. He was very nice. Besides the rude encounter with the busboy & the first manager we would definitely go back!Voir plus
