Superbe découverte à la Terrasse Belvu, perchée au sommet du Marriott. Nous avons été accueillis par Antoine, qui a transformé ce moment en véritable parenthèse de bonheur. D'abord venus pour boire un verre en terrasse avec une envie de Bloody César, nous nous sommes laissés conseiller un plateau de fruits de mer tout simplement merveilleux. Un accord cocktail-mets à tomber par terre. Le service était irréprochable : attentif, chaleureux, tout en nous laissant notre bulle. Un moment parfait, que l'on n'est pas près d'oublier.
Expérience très décevante aujourd'hui. Nous sommes arrivés pour prendre un verre & manger. Étant donné que nous étions entre 3 & 4 la cuisine était fermée, mais aucun problème, nous pouvions attendre à 4pm pour commander. Par contre, notre serveuse vers 3:45pm a complètement abandonné son service envers nous (qui était déjà très moyen), j'imagine qu'elle avait hâte de partir… nous avons commandé des drinks, finalement 20 minutes plus tard, rien du tout la serveuse était simplement parti sans nous avertir. J'ai informé la nouvelle serveuse poliment de la situation, mais elle n'a rien fait, aucune excuse, aucune prise en charge. 30 minutes plus tard, nous avons enfin reçu nos verres, mais quand je paye 25$ & plus pour un drink & 100$ pour du caviar, je m'attends à un meilleur service. Mon conjoint n'a pas non plus aimé son repas, nous avons informé la serveuse & elle a absolument rien fait. Bref, service extrêmement décevant, & nous allons aller ailleurs pour notre prochaine expérience caviar. Écoutez les reviews :

Belle soirée! La terasse est originale dans ce quartier de Montréal! La vue est peut-être mieux en fin de soirée l'été du côté plus'tranquille'. Service super sympathique de Clément, & nourriture qui peut plaire à tous. C'était bien!

Antoine is hands down the best at Terrasse Belvu. Super welcoming & always in a great mood. & his gin cocktails? Absolute perfection. If you're looking for great vibes & top-tier drinks, he's your guy.
Laurie Anne was incredible! She helped our company event run smoothly from start to finish & made sure everyone had a great time. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, & top-notch service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

We hosted a large company mixer in this space. It was beautiful & the staff was fantastic to work with, especially our lead serve Laurie-Anne. She really took care of us, helped our guests get to the space, & worked with us on the fly to pull off a big event for about 100 people!
Nous étions 2 couples & avons eu la chance d'avoir le service de la merveilleuse Laurie. On a acheté une bouteille & nous n'avons même pas pu lui toucher tellement qu'elle s'occupait de nous avec grand soins.
J'ai bien aimé le cadre & l'ambiance, mais je suis quand même ressortie frustrée de cette expérience. J'ai commandé leur poulet karage. Il était très bon & j'appréciais, jusqu'à ce que je tombe sur deux mèches de cheveux dans mon plat. J'ai attiré l'attention de la personne qui nous a servi, qui m'a juste dit'OK' sur un ton froid & a pris le plat. La moindre des choses aurait été de s'excuser un minimum pour le désagrément.
En dehors de cet incident, je reconnais que l'ambiance était bonne avec de la bonne musique, le service était rapide & on a bien aimé nos boissons !
