Excellent all-you-can-eat sushi experience. The quality of the sushi was surprisingly high for AYCE. Everything tasted fresh, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. The menu had a great variety of rolls, sashimi, & hot dishes, & everything came out quickly. The atmosphere felt elegant & modern, making it perfect for a nice dinner or date night. Service was attentive & friendly throughout the evening. Definitely one of the better ayce sushi spots I've tried.
An excellent option for sushi buffet lovers! Great quality & a decent variety of sushi & other dishes, for a very reasonable price! The service was quick & efficient, & I loved the whimsical paper crane strings in the otherwise modern decor. Will definitely return to try the rest of the items on the menu!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent dining experience at your restaurant. I have visited your establishment many times in the past & have generally had positive experiences, which is why this incident was especially disappointing.
During my most recent visit yesterday night , I encountered a serious food safety issue. While eating sushi, I discovered a large piece of plastic that was mixed in with the food which I ingested & chewed , when I realized , I had to remove it from my mouth . In addition to this, the pork that was served to me was undercooked & raw. Both situations pose significant health risks & fall far below acceptable food safety standards.
When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was offered a 10% discount. While I appreciate the gesture, I was also told that these issues occurred because the restaurant was busy & food was being prepared quickly. I find this explanation concerning, as being busy should never compromise food quality or customer safety.
As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of care & professionalism, especially when it comes to food preparation. This experience was unacceptable & has made me question whether I can confidently return in the future.
I hope you take this feedback seriously & address these issues to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will be handled.
Tenzo is my absolute go-to for sushi, & I recommend it to everyone! From my very first visit to the most recent, the staff has been consistently friendly & welcoming. The food is impressively fresh & arrives incredibly fast. Plus, the atmosphere is so cozy & inviting it honestly feels unfair to call it just an'all-you-can-eat' spot because the quality is on another level. Highly recommend!
I have literally never stepped foot in that restaurant ever but I order their combo A for delivery when I can't leave the house, it's the only time I ever order delivery food. Their food is so good every single time without fail. Consistent taste, presentation, & quality. I have had people ask me to order for them too & when the food comes even the chicken pieces are counted perfectly so everyone gets an equal amount, & it wasn't a one-time thing either so it seems they pay attention to even the smallest details possible. 10/10

My second time there & wasn't impressive like the first time. First time was in the dinner shift & was good. Yesterday, it was in the lunch shift: Food rate is avarage. Place was really cold that affect the quality of the food. Some items served cold as if taken out of fridge. Service was good & the team was friendly.
I should have asked the price before sitting down. 40$ + tip. Maybe some people get their moneys worth but my daughter & I certainly didn't. Do not go here if you're not that hungry or if you like high quality food. The service is excellent though tbh. Very easy to order & you receive your food very quickly. But in my case felt that it was WAY overpriced. Could have gotten the same thing in a box ready to go for 18$. BUT I can see why some people would appreciate this, the ease of the whole thing. I recommend it o groups or very hungry people 😂

I was at the outlet mall & wanted sushi, this place was very close so my family decided to try them out. The restaurant looked nice & the service was fast & friendly. However I feel the food was not worth the AYCE price. Quality was just ok & we ended up not eating much. It was also very cold in the restaurant, ended up wearing extra clothes while eating
- two order of sashimi, two diff quality
- the rice of the nigiri & maki was not freshly cooked, was dry by air contact
- the service & ambiance are perfect
I dined at this restaurant since day 1. With time passes, the quality drops. My last visit was not that great. The choice of food were limited for lunch. Salmon nigiri was dried.
The Maki sushi & renzo rolls were not at all fresh. The rice was dry. Despite,Beef ribs was good 41 dollar before tax for this quality of food is too pricy!!!! I will never return.
