Easily the best tapas I've had in Montreal & it's not even close. The menu changes often based on seasonality but I had the calamari & tataki & a few other things & each things was better than the last. Even the bread is unbelievable. Really good wine selection too.

The staff really stood out-they were warm, attentive, & explained each dish in detail. It was clear they had a deep understanding of the menu, which made the experience feel even more special.
I repeated a previous diners comments as I share them wholeheartedly.
The atmosphere is wonderful & the noise level was no issue at all for us.
We had an incredible experience at Taza Flores! Under new ownership, the restaurant is clearly headed in a fantastic direction - the atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the market fresh menu is absolutely spectacular. We went as a family of four & were so well taken care of from the moment we arrived.
The service was friendly, attentive, & thoughtful, & every dish we tried was bursting with flavour & beautifully prepared. A perfect spot for sharing delicious food & enjoying great company. We'll definitely be back!

The food was divine, tasty & quite ample for'tapas'. We ordered two dishes each & it was plenty. The wine list was fascinating; the sommelier/owner was a great help to choosing a wine based on our meal. Tommy the waiter
was attentive & not overbearing. The food was priced well; the wine was very pricey & no less expensive choices... $16/glass ++ All said, well recommended.
Très beau restaurant, bon service, agréable ambiance, menu très varié, une expérience culinaire raffinée à essayer absolument !

Le service était excellent (les serveurs très sympas), & les plats délicieux, mais les portions sont petites. En revanche, le patron a clairement fait preuve de discrimination envers les Asiatiques. Le soir, le terminal de carte a dysfonctionné : il s'est excusé auprès de toutes les tables en terrasse en offrant un verre à chacun… sauf à ma fille & moi. Aucune explication, encore moins de geste commercial. Dommage !

The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, & the atmosphere was both relaxed & classy. It's a great spot for a nice summer dinner. We sat at a table by the window, which we loved-it let in a pleasant summer breeze that added to the experience.
The portions are on the smaller side, so if you find something you really enjoy, you'll want to order multiple servings to have more than just a piece or two per person.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience & would definitely recommend it.
Such a wonderful experience at Taza Flores. The owner & all of the staff are so kind, & their attention to detail is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for an authentic & cozy Spanish Tapas night.
I went with a friend & the food was great! The highlight was the service, really great! I ordered a cocktail, starter, main dish & dessert for about 108$. The portions are a bit small but I liked the quality & flavours, also they were very accommodating to allergies.
La salade de kale était vraiment savoureuse & le tartare de boeuf le meilleur que j'aie jamais mangé (lire je goûte chaque fois que c'est sur le menu d'un resto à travers le monde) - je pense que l'ajout du manchego râpé ajoute ce je ne sais quoi qui en font un délice! Longue vie à la nouvelle équipe du Taza Flores!

This used to be a great place to eat. We went to dinner last week & it was a real disappointment for the following reasons:
- Food quality was really mid/basic & not at all what we remembered it to be. Prices have increased but quality has gone the other way. I would not recommend taking the octopus, as it was too cooked & expensive for what it is.
- One waitress was great but the other waiter we had was arrogant, unfriendly, & when we notified him that the new tipping rule in Quebec required his terminal to have the percentage calculated on the pre-tax amount (law 72), he told us that was not his problem & if we wanted to calculated pre-tax we should subtract 3% from the percentage we wanted to use.
Overall, while it used to be a great place to eat, I would sadly not recommend it anymore.
Nous sommes venus pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon fiancé & tout était absolument parfait ! La cuisine était succulente, pleine de saveurs & préparée avec soin. Le service était impeccable : chaleureux, attentionné & professionnel. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle soirée, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The only downside was the noise level. Once the restaurant filled up, it got quite loud, & we had trouble hearing each other at times. Still, the amazing food & excellent service more than made up for it. We'd definitely come back!
