Nous avons connu le Taza Flores avant le changement de propriétaires & nous aimions déjà mais maintenant c'est devenu autre chose!! La nourriture est vraiment excellente : des goûts recherchés, des mélanges de saveurs & textures incroyables. C'est un niveau haute gamme selon moi. & la cerise sur le sundae: le personnel super sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance de jaser avec Eléazar, un des propriétaires, qui est passionné par son métier & qui est un humain merveilleux ! J'ai adoré Taza flores car c'est un resto très honnête & sans chichi, avec une proposition culinaire de haute qualité & une expérience humaine authentique. C'est bon & on s'y sent bien. Allez y sans hésiter!
Mon amie & moi sommes allés à la Taza Flores pour la première fois. Comment dire que c'était une expérience culinaire extraordinaire , les combinaisons des saveurs & la fraîcheur des ingrédients ont été la bougie sur le gâteau. Le service était un peu lent car leur serveur ne c'est pas présenté mais le gérant c'est rattraper avec sa bonne énergie.

Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires ce resto a changé du tout au tout, plus de tapas mais des petites assiettes d'entrée a partager, excessivement cher pour la quantité qu'il y a dans la petite assiette, leur vins très dispendieux, enfin nous sommes entrés dans se resto affamés & en somme ressorti aussi affamés. Le coût de ce souper,$$$$$$$$. Poser des questions lors de votre réservation, pour moi fini a vie avec ce resto. Regarder les années de publication ils datent de plusieurs années, nouvelle administration nouveau menu , plus de tapas seulement des petites assiettes pas assez garni pour un prix exorbitant pour la quantité servi.
Excellente découverte! La chef Noah démontre un vrai talent & une passion évidente. Menu changeant selon les saisons, ingrédients de qualité, présentation soignée.
L'ambiance est casual mais l'expérience culinaire est définitivement haut de gamme. Équipe professionnelle & service attentionné.
Environ 80$ par personne - excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ce niveau de cuisine.
Fortement recommandé pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir.

Visited on a Saturday night in September with three fabulous friends, & wow-what a night! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The owner was incredibly warm & welcoming, offering fantastic menu suggestions & even surprising us with shots to kick off the evening-such a fun touch!
The atmosphere was lively & intimate, perfect for a girls night out. & the food? Absolutely divine. The calamari was next level-bursting with flavor. We also had the beef tataki, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Taza Flores nails the balance between cozy charm & vibrant energy. If you're looking for a place in Montreal that delivers great food, amazing hospitality, & unforgettable vibes, this is it.
Exceptional restaurant! We stopped here because it was close, but wow what a win! The food was incredible tapas. The server was the owner & even took time write us a list of must check spots in the area & gave us some new drinks he was testing. Really solid experience, food was to die for, would return tomorrow if there wasn't a whole city to check out first.
The only reason atmosphere was marked a 4, is because we were the only ones there. Sounds like it was a fluke slow night, there's no way it's slow like that very often with such food, service, & beautiful setting.
Love this place. I had 1 night in Montreal & I wish I could come here 10 times. Tommy was an angel & Ele was pure magic. Thank you for an unforgettable night!!!
From the very beginning, the experience was excellent: we made a reservation & everything was perfectly organized. The place looks beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere & a décor that makes you want to stay. The soft lighting & the style of the space make it feel special from the very first moment.
As for the food, the dishes were truly delicious. There are plenty of options to try, & each one surprises with its mix of flavors, making the culinary experience even more interesting. I highly recommend the'Beef Tataki.'
The staff was extremely kind & attentive to every detail. We were welcomed with a smile, & throughout the evening they made sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth made the experience feel like having dinner with friends. Definitely a place I would go back to & highly recommend.

If you are going to Montreal, you MUST eat at Taza Flores. I organized a bachelorette for 11 people & this was by far the highlight of everyone's trip.
We had a 7 course tasting menu & every course was better than the next. You could taste the thoughtfulness & freshness with every dish. We had two vegetarians in our group & they were also completely blown away.
The service is impeccable throughout the staff, but the star of the show is Eli, the owner & manger. He welcomes you into the restaurant like you are being welcomed into his home.
We can't say enough good things & cannot wait to come back!
Taza Flores is one of the best meals I've ever had in Montreal. The service is incredible, the staff is so kind & remember returning clients. I love that the menu is always changing to utilize local & seasonal ingredients. As such, each bite is both familiar yet so unique. Make sure to ask for wine recommendations as they have a great selection of wines that you won't find anywhere else. A must try!
