I went to the restaurant with my family (3 adults, 2 kids) for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated quite quickly which was great. Unfortunately that was the only part of the service that was good. The restaurant was pretty empty, maybe 2 other tables had people. It took the server at least 15 minutes to take our order. The food came fairly quickly & was good but after serving the appetizers no one came around for at least another 40 minutes to check in, replenish the water, ask us if we needed anything although the restaurant was not busy at all & you could easily see 3-4 employees talking & looking at their phones. Finally we called someone over, asked for more water & put in our order for our meals. The servers were horrible at cleaning the table, they didn't pick up the plates, they were serving our meals while the empty appetizer plates were still on the table & there was no room. We ourselves put all the plates together, piled them up like we were at home. The food was so over spiced & over salted, the only one dish that was good was the butter chicken. Again, no one came around to check if we needed anything etc. Dessert was a negative experience as well as not only did it take so long to order but they didn't have 3 of the options available. Unfortunately, I won't be going to the restaurant again. The servers need much better training & need to be more proactive, it ruined the whole eating out experience.

Great order online & food takeout/delivery service at Tandoor & Grille. I often get food from them as they have a very punctual delivery service. Last time I ordered their non veg thali meal. The food was amazing. Food packaging was also done very carefully, there was no mess. Surely recommend them.
We moved into this area three years ago & started to order delivery/Takeout. Our family enjoys the food here & our son has a peanut allergy the staff make sure the items he will eat doesn't have any. After a couple years we finally decided to come in to dine & we were not let down! Great food & service you will leave stuffed!
Was Awesome Visit Ever I had any Indian Restaurant before. Food was amazing & the staff was so friendly especially Harsimram he was delivering his 100% customer service to us. I would recommend every people who live in Toronto to visit this restaurant who is fond of Indian food.

First time I've visited Tandoor & Grill. I dropped by on a whim & grabbed from the take away counter. The food selection is huge & the environment is pleasant & even more so was the staff. The young lady who served me was very pleasent & I will definately be back. Thanks for lunch
I liked the food very much. So much variety & delicious. Definitely recommend it. If you are in Montreal area definitely visit Tandoori Grill. You will love it. 5 stars from me 👌👌
This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. I went to Canada on vacation & wanted to try Tandoori Grill because its appearance outside. Inside was even better. Food was delicious & the aroma was even more breathtaking. Very clean, very organized. I wish they had one in the States. I would love to go back!.
This used to be our favourite Indian/ Pakistani restaurant on the West Island. For a couple of years, the service was terrible & the food was not up to par.
We had dinner there last night & I'm pleased to say the food, staff & service were excellent. The new manager cares about his patrons & giving them good food & service.
Service is horrible. Orders are often mixed up or forgotten. Very disappointed. Manager is not customer friendly. Owners keep changing. Desperately needs a visit from a city food inspector. Never coming here again

their has been a management change, the quality went down a bit but recently noticed that they started to fix the little issues.
I have never tried their buffet, so my review doesn't cover that part.
Food is just ok. The Service there is the worst on two different dates. Once we waited 45mins just to place are order I had to get the waiter. The second time was for pick up & I asked for sauce on the side & they said it was not POSSIBLE really.

anything you ask is not available, above that food was a disaster, Maybe the y changed the chef because it was good before, we ordered Butter chicken with white rice & fish kora instead of "chicken since they don't have it", the fish was good & well prepared but the chicken butter gravy was separating & very old not as creamy as it is supposed to be, chicken inside was very hard to chew also the rice was as old as the chicken, cold with traces of burnt bottom bits from scraping the bottom of pot, also it cost me an arm n a leg 75 including tip....... food was not worth the amount I paid..
in all this shall be my last visit, I strongly recommend against going there.
The down side...less than quality wait-service during the weekends; expect longer-than-usual wait-times, & the occasional mix-up or forgotten dish. Another caveat: difficult if not impossible parking as the restaurant gets busy on the typical Saturday night rush.
