Tandoor Grill offers a vibrant & satisfying dive into authentic Indian cuisine, delivering bold flavors & warm hospitality in a relaxed yet stylish setting. Whether you're a longtime fan of Indian food or just dipping your toes into the world of curries & tandoori dishes, this place hits the mark.
The menu is well-curated, with traditional favorites like butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, & vegetable biryani, alongside regional specialties that showcase the depth of Indian culinary tradition. The star of the show, unsurprisingly, is their namesake tandoor - dishes like tandoori chicken & garlic naan come out perfectly charred, smoky, & full of flavor. Their spice levels are customizable, so whether you prefer mild or fiery, you're in good hands.
Portions are generous, presentation is thoughtful, & the service is attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance is inviting, with warm lighting, Indian-inspired décor, & a playlist that adds a subtle cultural touch without being too loud.
The only downside? It can get busy during peak hours, so reservations are recommended - but that's just a testament to its popularity.
Overall, Tandoor Grill is a must-visit for lovers of Indian food. Whether you're grabbing a casual dinner or celebrating something special, it delivers on taste, comfort, & value.
The food here is incredible the service at par with the food wow best Indian food ever !!! Thank you thank you
Being an Indian I can confirm that the food is good here. The owner of this restaurant has changed recently & since then the quality of food is amazing.
I can say THE BEST Indian taste, flavor & quality.... the restaurant was packed when we reached but no long wait for having seat , taking order & having food on table. Best service & food. MUST try. We had mixed grilled for 2 & lamb biryany . The portions are very big, one biryany is enough for 2 to 3 persons. It will be my only choice after trying so many Indian restaurant all around Montreal from East to West! Pls be advised! The owner has been changed! Don't expect the same quality any more! This used to be our favorite Indian restaurant, not anymore!
chicken pakoray: Liked the flavor & portion size. Would recommend trying. Lamb chops: were flavorful & tender. Portion size was good as well. Mutton Karahi: was okayish. It was actually more of Indian style than Pakistani style karahi. I like Pakistani style more. Also portion size was surprisingly small. Only for two people. Also would recommend trying the lemon soda. I'd prolly visit again to try different items from the menu.
Tandoor & grille is the BEST RESTAURANT!! Amazing & delicious food. They give best service. Owners are really nice . They always have a warm welcome & great conversation. Highly recommend Indian restaurant. Must try & you will definitely be back!!!
The best place for eating starters. Yes, if you are looking to satisfy your hunger for exotic indian flavours then go to this place & treat yourself with a plate of tandoori chicken & delicious tandoori soya chaap . Best indian starters I have ever had in montreal . If you are dining in then try resham kebab as well. They are very delicious when served hot . Avoid going there in busy hours as when the restaurant is full, the hall becomes very noisy & chaotic. I think they need to work on sound proofing the walls .
Best Indian restaurant, Delicious food & good service. Owners are so nice & give us good service. Must visit restaurant.
Best Indian food in Montreal love this restaurant definitely come back 🙏❤️
I came first time with my Indian friends. The soya chaap was fantastic. We told to make paneer tikka spicy. The chef just added oil & colour. Shahi panner was good. Veg biryani was not so tasty. The vegetable pieces were too big. First impression was really bad. Never coming again.
The best Indian food in town. The price & the quality of the food are unbeatable. We keep coming back.
Food was very tasty. If you want to taste north Indian food in Montreal specially tandoor items this is the place you should definitely visit. We have ordered tandori chicken, butter naan & chicken chilli masala. All the items were very good. & the restaurant is very spacious.Overall liked it
The food is so tasty. We had the buffet which for me personally was not expensive as we had chicken & even lamb to enjoy. The nan was soft & yummy. Definitely a place to try if you love Indian food
Came here for lunch without knowing they serve buffet between 11 am & 3 pm. Felt like attending an Indian wedding. The taste was good, could be a bit oily for health conscious folks. Super value for money.
Excellent food & service. Whenever you're craving Indian food, tandoori grill is hands down the best one to go to & for takeout.
Was Awesome Visit Ever I had any Indian Restaurant before. Food was amazing & the staff was so friendly especially Harsimram he was delivering his 100% customer service to us. I would recommend every people who live in Toronto to visit this restaurant who is fond of Indian food.
This used to be our favourite Indian/ Pakistani restaurant on the West Island. For a couple of years, the service was terrible & the food was not up to par.
We had dinner there last night & I'm pleased to say the food, staff & service were excellent. The new manager cares about his patrons & giving them good food & service.
