Servers were confused & lead us to 3 different tables for supper, only to find out that the advertized buffet ended at 3 pm. It was so noisy & hectic that we left.
Tandoori Grill Dorian's food is so dirty, dirty food, took the tandoori, waited for 20 minutes, later it was given to me, it came out so dirty, no staff cares, no one comes here, your money will be wasted, all the things are dirty to eat, I took two or three things here, such dirty tandoori, dirty smell, dirty food, dirty smell, dirty service, dirty food, the dirtiest tandoori grill's dirty food ?very very very very bad bad bad bad food food money vast

Had a great experience here! The service was excellent-the staff were very friendly, welcoming, & attentive throughout. The atmosphere felt comfortable & well-managed. The food was fresh, flavorful, & nicely presented, with good portion sizes. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Would happily come back again!
Does not know how to take an order over the phone . Requested for less spicy, received extra spicy , ordered 7 naans received 4 naans only , order Amritsar kulcha with chole & extra 2 Naan, delivered only chole & naan no kulcha . Seriously no concern about someone suffering with stupid & keep explaining but no result . Please ordered & double check 2-3 time before pickup. & BIG NO for malai chap .
The food & Service is Amazing..The food is truly Delicious & the Service excellent..Waitresses greeted you with smiles & explained the menu to help us with out choices. Indian food is new to me & it is truly something for all Canadians to enjoy..Excellent!!!!
The service was good & the staff were polite, but unfortunately the food quality was disappointing. The sizzlers were served cold, & the malai chaap was not the same as before in terms of taste & quality. The washroom also needs better cleaning & proper renovation. Overall, the experience was below expectations, especially considering how good it used to be.
I'm not the type to be writing a negative review but this needs to be addressed.
Last year, Me & my fiancée we both booked a day for a reception hall for an a engagement event & a deposit of 500$ was requested. Unfortunately we had to cancel this reservation (which I did months ahead). Sunny the owner of this restaurant hasn't mentioned us nor a single information about any cancellation policy's if cancel. It would be understanding if it was mentioned & we would've accepted the fact of losing the deposit money in that case.
We have communicated with him but his answer towards my fiancée was telling her that 500$ was nothing when in the end it's our hard working money we worked for.
However, as many time to attempt to communicate with Sunny (owner), he was of no help, not able to share any more information, kept avoiding us or even avoiding our calls. He kept saying he'll call us right back or in a couple of minutes, which he never did. Me & my fiancée we both had to accept that we lost that deposit money.
I highly won't be recommend this location to anybody else's, Truly unprofessional establishment & management, I hope this review helps any couple who are planning any event.
Food is good. Pricing is deceptive. The menu implies that you have a choice of 2 sides with a tandoori dish priced at 12.95. In fact, you are billed for the side dishes separately, raising the cost to over $20. Generous portions, so certainly not an outrageous cost, but I don't like the deception. Also, there was a large party in the banquet hall when we were there, so we had to wait a very long time to get our food. They should have laid on extra staff

I don't know what's going on with this restaurant. It used to be my favorite, but it has really gone downhill. The service isn't what it used to be, & the food quality has noticeably declined. Please consider upgrading the staff & the chef. Very disappointing compared to how great this place once was.
I've been a loyal customer of Tandoori Grill for over a decade, & I've always appreciated the quality & service. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two lamb biryanis, & they were neither spicy nor flavorful. The rice wasn't mixed properly, leaving most of it white instead of the usual vibrant orange, & it was bland & tasteless.
What made matters worse was the staff member who handled my order. She was unprofessional & dismissive, refusing to acknowledge my concerns when I called back. It's clear that the restaurant keeps hiring staff who lack professionalism & proper training. I know the owner is a good person, & it's not about them personally, but about ensuring that customers-who bring in thousands of dollars a year-are treated with respect & courtesy.
I hope the management takes this feedback to heart & makes the necessary improvements. I ordered today February/4/2026
Third time I went to a tandoori grill restaurant with my family, but we went there & had Malai kofta . Within half an hour, my partner had a bad reaction. My son had an allergy in his mouth, his lips were swollen, & his mouth was swollen & irritated for one week . We went to the doctor he prescribed a medicine cost 165.00 not covered by RAMQ..May be they serve old food. Never again before own by Pakistany owner now. Own by Singh they messed up
