Last night treated we went for my husband birthday dinner with a group of 7 & Jade was in charge of our table. She was attentive, prompt & went above & beyond including adding a birthday sparkler to my dessert because my husband did not order one. Food is always delicious & the boeuf braisé was quite popular on our table.
Table 51 has a great atmosphere, lively music, with very nice ambiance. The service is fantastic & staff are very helpful. Unfortunately i can't say the same about the food.
For appetizers, We ordered the lobster tacos, the popcorn shrimp & a ceasar salad. Absolutely nothing spectacular about it. The lobster tacos were very meagre with lobsters, i barely noticed any meat in there & barely any flavor.
It was crunchy in texture so there was some sort of chips or dried tortilla inside the soft but that's about it.
The popcorn shrimp was just a bowl of small dried up fried shrimps with a typical sweet dipping sauce. Again nothing special.
The ceasar salad was drenched in dressing that tasted bottled or packaged.
The kicker was the main dish I ordered: The special was cacio e Pepe pasta with pieces of sirloin… what i received was an extremely overcooked & tough piece of meat as a steak rested on top of a spaghetti like pasta drenched in a cream sauce that was supposed to be cacio e Pepe, but had more of a jarred Alfredo feel & taste to it. For some reason my pasta had a ton of parley in it… which I did not understand.
I was having a hard time slicing into the meat, so waiter saw my struggles & sent the manager my way, who offered to replace the dish.
The new meal that came had sliced sirloin steak, but it was blue this time, nearly raw, large chunks of it that were sliced with the grain as opposed to against it & it made it impossible to chew these raw pieces of meat, that had no flavour, no seasoning as it was was apparent that it was rushed out to me for second time.
The pasta had even more parsley in it, on the raw side, making it inedible, so I pushed the plate to the side & did not have it.
Another manager noticed & came to ask me about my meal, so I appreciated the attention & the care, & didn't really want to send another meal back but she saw the state of my plate & was kind enough to remove it from the bill & was very empathetic.
We enjoyed our evening regardless as the music & ambiance was nice but I left feeling nauseous from the bad food.
In short, if your in the mood for light appetizers & drinks & nice ambiance, Table 51 should be able to deliver on that, But if you want good food, i wouldn't go there for that reason alone.
Kudos to the management & service team as they were excellent & very attentive.

Nice ambiance, trendy vibe, attentive service staff & I loved that they did not rush us after the meal. My friend & I ended up catching up for 4 hours in total (sure it was on a Wednesday night) but it was the perfect experience!
I've always had wonderful experiences at Table 51 over the years, so for the Holidays, I suggested to have our office party there, & the whole evening exceeded my expectations & those of my colleagues :) We were a large group of about 40 people, & reserved the back section of the restaurant, which was so perfect & cosy. The delicious food, smooth timing & organization, caring & attentive service, & fun ambiance with dj, etc. everything was fantastic!! Thank you so much!
I had dinner at Table 51 last night & it was an excellent discovery! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious.
I started with the popcorn shrimp as an appetizer, followed by the roasted salmon with red quinoa as my main dish, along with a side of fries & a Coco-Lada cocktail. Every bite was perfect-I loved it all! I even had a taste of the octopus from my friend's plate, & it was also amazing.
The ambiance & decor are classy & elegant, which made the evening feel extra special. It's a popular spot with a full house, so a reservation is definitely needed, & note that dining time is limited due to high demand.
I was too full to try dessert (next time!), but I'll certainly be going back. Our server was excellent, attentive & friendly, which added to the overall great experience.
Highly recommended for a night out with friends or a special dinner!

My friend & I came here on a whim (courtesy of a chat gpt search) & had the absolute best time! Our server Sara D was amazing, attentive, & gave great recommendations. The food was amazing (bao buns 10/10) & the cocktails were incredible. If you're ever in Montreal, you have to give this place a try! 10/10 vibes & atmosphere.
The first I ate there, I wasn't fan of the food. On the second & third time, I was loving it! All the dishes were well done & the servers are really courteous & attentive.
Tyler was our server & he was absolutely phenomenal! He went above & beyond, taking the time to walk us through all the gluten-free options & answering every question with care & detail. His knowledge, attentiveness, & friendly attitude made our experience truly exceptional. Hands down the best service we've ever had-Tyler is a star!

We had a most enjoyable dinner at Table 51 last night. The braised beef was exquisite, the ambiance relaxing, & the service very attentive. The meal & drinks were out of this world. It was a treat to dine there!
I've been to Table 51 on Décarie many times & it is always stellar. The food is always great. Most recently the Korean short rib was especially delicious & surprised me. Special thanks to Peter K for the outstanding service. He was polite, attentive & took care of our table.

Last night, my two friends & I treated ourselves to a much-needed girls' night at Table 51, & everything was amazing! Our waitress, Andrea, was an absolute delight - friendly, attentive & ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. We started by sharing 2 appetizers: the bacon/cheddar croquettes & the braised beef poutine - both were absolutely delicious! The portions were generous enough for the 3 of us to get a good taste of each dish. For our mains, we all went for the special of the night, which was a braised beef ciabatta sandwich served with fries & the soup of the day (all for just 25$). Of course, no girls' night is complete without dessert & we definitely indulged! We ordered key lime pie, Cherry Black Forest cake & fried oreos with ice cream.
Overall, the ambiance was lively yet cozy, making it the ideal spot to catch up, laugh & enjoy great food. Can't wait to go back!
I we t to a baby shower at this restaurant last night, & I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect-the decor was elegant & beautifully arranged, creating a great atmosphere for a special celebration. The staff were attentive, professional, & always ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Every detail was thoughtfully considered-music at the perfect volume, lighting that was warm & inviting but not too dim, & a welcoming overall vibe. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was cooked to perfection, with flavors that were expertly balanced & left us all raving about the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special event or even a lovely night out. I can't wait to come back!
I choose Table 51 for my birthday because they have a wide menu selection for all my guests. We were welcomed at the door with big smiles. Our waiter Karianne was attentive, friendly & lively. We were about 10 people & our food arrived at the same time (Sounds ridiculous but you would be suprised). The quality was outstanding. Great ambiance, great vibes. I highly recommend. I went to Table 51 tonight for a friend's birthday & it was incredible! The food is delicious, with a well-curated menu that caters to various tastes. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for any occasion. The attentive & friendly staff ensure every detail is taken care of, & they even added a personal touch to the evening for my friend's birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Oh & you have to try their fried Oreos & Apple blondies for dessert
