After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.

From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!

Tous les mets préparés sont délicieux. Il faut essayer sa réplique du gâteau McCain en rectangle, il est divin & même meilleur que le vrai!!! Oui c'est un peu cher mais il faut continuer d'encourager les entrepreneurs d'ici qui facilitent la vie des coeliaques. Outre ses créations, le commerce offre une foule d'excellents produits sans gluten à prix compétitifs.

When you are gluten intolerant, you sometimes feel deprived because you would rather go without so as not to be sick. With this store around, you don't have to be deprived! Both service & selection are excellent! So very well worth the drive!

The best selection for gluten free! They really have anything you could think of gluten free!!! No more stomach aches while being able to enjoy the food. Their instagram shows you what & when fresh products come out of the oven it's amazing
