After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.
From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!
Overall, Susie Sans Gluten is described as a gluten free paradise with a wide and evolving range of products, from bread and pizzas to desserts like cannoli, cupcakes, tortellini and the miche loaf, with many reviewers noting items are delicious and clearly gluten free and safe from cross contamination. The shop is praised for friendly, helpful staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and there are mentions of Friday takeout meals and the ability to recreate items that are hard to find elsewhere. For pantry staples and treats, it is seen as a go to source, though some notes highlight that prices can be high and a few pastries or doughs can be dry or overly sweet. The store is widely viewed as a lifesaver for gluten free diets and a reliable place to find both dessert options and everyday staples.
I'm writing from Alberta! I was in Homesense a few days ago & found Susie Sans Gluten cookie flour - I eat gluten-free, & generally haven't had a lot of luck baking gluten-free treats that taste or act the same as treats made with regular flour. I turned the package over & saw this company is Canadian, & I thought - why not? Let's give it a shot.
& oh. My. GOSH. I made my favourite cookie recipe from a blog I follow, subbed the flour for Susie's GF flour, & produced the yummiest, chewiest, MOST PERFECT cookies!!! My husband couldn't even tell they were gluten free!! I was honestly blown away.
I found Susie's store online & reached out to her, & she was SO KIND & let me know I could buy stock through homesense or well.ca. So I may have placed a large order through Well to try some of the other flours & mixes.... haha can't wait to continue experimenting.
Highly, highly recommend, based on the quality of the product & how kind this product's creator is, that you check this store out if you're in the area (wish I could!!), or if you're like me & too far away, purchase some of these flours online. I promise you won't be disappointed. Get ready to level up your gluten-free baking.
Merci again for responding to my email questions, Susie!! ❤? this is the first time in a long time I've felt excited about baking. My birthday is in May & I'm looking forward to making my own gluten free cake. If your cookie flour is any indication of how awesome your cake flour is, my cake is going to be amazing this year.

J'ai adoré cette boutique. J'étais très agréablement surprise de la diversité des produits. Je me suis fait des provisions étant donné qu'il n'y a pas cette boutique dans ma région. La pizza faite sur place était délicieuse!
The place is super clean, organized & there is a very big variety.
The frozen mini carrot cupcakes were delicious!
I wanted to try their fresh pastries: I got 2 canolies & 2 strawberry sheescakes.
The strawberry cheesecake was too sweet for my liking: with a very thick layer of strawberry jam? For 11$ I expected better.
The canolis cream was a bit disappointing, it was not sweet enough. I got one chocolate ship & pistachio, & one nutella. None of them were tasty enough. 7$
I was happy to spend 7-11$ for one piece of pastry, until I tasted the pastries. I was expecting something tastier & delicious.
Went in to get tomato pizza for an event, left with much more. The cookies are amazing super tender & so many flavours to choose! 100% would make the 45 min drive again.

The store carries harder to find products like egg roles & others Asian prepared foods (they were delicious!) that are both gf & soy free. You can find entire lines of products like Katz (GF Twinkie's are great!) as well as fresh baked goods that are clearly labeled. The owner really tries to get new products all the time & provide fast food that people with allergies had grieved long ago & can finally eat again. Thanks Susie!
Probablement la meilleure boutique sans gluten dans la grande région de Montréal, tout y excellent, les croissants aux amandes & les sandwiches au poulet parmesan sont des incontournables... À mettre sur sa liste.
Came here for pantry staples, left with more than I expected, & fresh baked goods too! There were a lot of gluten free products to choose some, many of which I had never seen before in Canada from various stores. When it comes to selection, this is the spot. The pastries were also very good, among the best I've had in Montreal. Ate before I could take a photo, sorry!
Great place for people with dietary restrictions. They a good variety of both the prepared desserts & packaged gluten-free ingredients. I found they mistly focus on the gluten-free products, so I hope they expand their options for people with allergies to eggs & nuts, as well.
A real gem for all of us with restricted diets. It's worth the drive out, & I'm always discovering something new amongst their products. Their own baked goods are phenomenal. I always say I'm lucky they aren't closer to my home, or I would be there all the time.
