So much better than before!
This all-you-can-eat sushi spot has really stepped up since the change in ownership. The taste of the food has improved so much everything is fresher & more flavorful. The staff is also really friendly & attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth revisiting if you haven't been in a while!

We went for dinner on a Thursday night. The service was amazing… I don't think I've had service that sweet & efficient since 2020. The food came out fast & was quite delicious. Would recommend for sure. Shout out to Ming who was absolutely lovely & very welcoming ! .
Above & beyond service. The host was very nice & explained the concept to us. Food was all delicious but make sure you order moderately because we rolled out of there.
The menu offers a good variety of rolls & dishes.
I appreciated that they have choices that are a bit out of the ordinary as well as classics. The staff is friendly & attentive. The place doesn't get too loud & the food quality is pretty good. Definitely a good quality all you can eat.
Will definitely go back.

The most insane AYCE sushi I have ever been to in all of Montreal & it is not an exaggeration. Tuna/salmon sashimi & tataki, beef sashimi, pad thai, fried rice, short ribs, mussels, special rolls... wow incredible. They have Makis without rice as well! Food arrives hot & fresh at your table within minutes of ordering & everything is delicious. You order with your phone by scanning the QR code on the table, & all the people from the table can see when an item is added.
With tax & 15% tip it comes to around $54 per adult for dinner, but trust me guys it is well worth it for special occasions or if you just want to satisfy a sushi craving. Come here with friends so you get the chance to try many items from the menu. & please make sure to tip them well! Service is consistently outstanding. One thing I dearly hope for is that this restaurant never changes. Thank you Sushi Hin
Came once a year ago & was not impressed, but gave it another chance & definitely not disappointed! Food is fresh, amazing chef special items to try, nice decor & very helpful staff. Went with my family & everyone had very different taste & everyone loved it. Don't forget to try the szechuan shrimp & the beef ribs, to die for!
Overall, it was a good experience. For $29 it is a good deal for lunch, however it is missing some options such as shrimp on skewer, which is understandable. However I did find that the presentation & the quality was not up to standard to others AYCE restaurants close by. It tasted good, but the rice was falling apart & was not as presentable. I will say that the service is very quick & they are professional, & the restaurant is clean.
We come here every month & the food is consistently fresh with excellent service & friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place for great sushi!

My favorite AYCE sushi spot. Amazing service, kind & warm hearted staff. The manager even recognized me. The food comes out fresh & HOT, sashimi of the top quality. Never disappoints I've been about 10 times since they've open. Be alone up to a group of 10, always the same service & quality of food.
This place has opened where was formerly Sushi St-Jean. Let me say this has been a huge upgrade in not only food quality but also in service. They offer more than 100 options all-you-can-eat, & the food has a much better quality than the competitors in the neighborhood. The service is great, they bring your orders almost instantly, despite the fact that the place is always packed with costumers. I would definitely reccomend this place as it is one of the best sushi places in Montréal.
