Its an All you can eat Sushi place, the sushis are quite good. They have a lot of variety on offer. Loved some of them & the others were pretty average but good enough for an All you can eat place.
Service is pretty quick, the restaurant is well decked up too. There's plenty of parking available & free cost too.
The place could be pricey if you don't have a big appetite.

I'm generally not a fan of sushi buffets since I don't feel like I get my money's worth. That is....until I started going to Sushi Hin!
The service is incredibly friendly, attentive, & ridiculously quick. & the food is amazing! The rolls, the cooked dishes, the tatakis....everything tastes fantastic & so fresh! Even the desserts are so surprisingly delicious & different. I usually don't even both with the ice cream but this is good quality ice cream & don't get me started on the crispy coconut milk sticks!
Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent quality, freshness & taste in all the dishes we selected. We had out of town guests & brought them to Sushi Hin to experience our favourite sushi restaurant. There was something for everyone (kids, seniors, pregnant moms, etc.) to all have a selection & variety to choose from, & enjoy. The salmon & tuna sashimi were so fresh! The hot foods came to us piping hot. Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! Guess it's why I keep coming back!

I came with my family of 26, brother, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews & their children. The restaurant treated us like royalty. Food was fresh & tasty, service was friendly & efficient the ambience was great. I would gladly recommend this place for a couple, family, party of friends or a large group like mine. Went with my big family to Sushi Hin (all you can eat) & honestly-it's hands down the best in town! 🍣✨
The food was super fresh, every dish came out quickly, & the presentation was on point. The variety is amazing-so many options that kept everyone at the table happy (& full!). From the sushi rolls to the hot dishes, everything tasted incredible.
The atmosphere was cozy but lively, perfect for enjoying a fun family night out. The staff were friendly & attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about their customers' experience.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy quality sushi, unlimited choices, & great service, Sushi Hin is it. Definitely our new go-to spot-we'll be back soon!

Went here as a group of 26 based on a friends recommendation & I now owe him one for making me discover this place!! I've been to sooo many AYCE Sushi restaurants since I eat alot! This one is BY FAR the best!! Freshest fish, alot of items you don't find elsewhere, hot dishes, soups, I couldn't find fault with ANYTHING!! From the owner to the staff, everyone is welcoming & most attentive which makes the service EXCEPTIONAL!! The salt & pepper shrimp & chicken are TO DIE FOR!! Be sure to stagger your orders or you will end up with too much food since you will want to try everything lol 100% recommend this place to ANYONE!! THANK YOU Sushi Hin for a memorable night! Sorry no photos as I was too busy stuffing my face

Sushi Hin is by far the best All you can eat sushi joint in Montreal! Every time we come here the food is fresh & flavourful, food comes out quickly & the service is excellent! I always recommend friends to come here. We stopped looking for new AYCE sushi places, sushi Hin is hit for us! I'm hooked I am a regular.

Highly worth the place, All you can eat & food was exquisite, only downside was the wonton soup which was bland but it might have been the exception, everything else was extremely tasty & light. Me & my party were very happy with the decision to try this restaurant. Service was extremely fast, some waiters were a bit silent & slow but with orders made by phone it wasn't an issue. The ambience in the local permits to have either a bright light or dimmed depending on availability & preference. Highly recommend if you are in the area

It has become one of my favorite sushi all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants.
Fresh Sashimi is available for both lunch & dinner. A variety of sushi & dishes are available.
Service is consistently good. Food comes out generally fast.

I went there with low expectations, turned out one of the best sushi places in the West Island, if not the best. Lots of variety & a very rich hot meals menu too.

THE IS THE BEST AYCE SUSHI PLACE THAT WE HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST 5 YEARS. ALL THE FOOD WE TRIED WAS SUPER FRESH & VERY WELL PREPARED. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY. PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN !!! WE FINALLY FOUND A SUSHI PLACE TO REPLACE OUR BELOVED SUSHI PALACE THAT HAS SINCE GONE TO H....L. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK AGAIN SOON. AMAZING JOB PEOPLE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Excellents plats! Les sushis ont une coche de plus des autres restos! Très bien pour la première fois! Le hic c'est qu'on a commandé le dernier plat avec les desserts & les crèmes glacées sont arrivées en premier ensuite c'est la nouille au poulet! & oups! Les 2 plats de Tataki sont arrivés... peut-être un oubli?
Bref tout est correct mais il y a place d'amélioration!
