The most insane AYCE sushi I have ever been to in all of Montreal & it is not an exaggeration. Tuna/salmon sashimi & tataki, beef sashimi, pad thai, fried rice, short ribs, mussels, special rolls... wow incredible. They have Makis without rice as well! Food arrives hot & fresh at your table within minutes of ordering & everything is delicious. You order with your phone by scanning the QR code on the table, & all the people from the table can see when an item is added.
With tax & 15% tip it comes to around $54 per adult for dinner, but trust me guys it is well worth it for special occasions or if you just want to satisfy a sushi craving. Come here with friends so you get the chance to try many items from the menu. & please make sure to tip them well! Service is consistently outstanding. We come here every month & the food is consistently fresh with excellent service & friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place for great sushi!

My favorite AYCE sushi spot. Amazing service, kind & warm hearted staff. The manager even recognized me. The food comes out fresh & HOT, sashimi of the top quality. Never disappoints I've been about 10 times since they've open. Be alone up to a group of 10, always the same service & quality of food.

This place has opened where was formerly Sushi St-Jean. Let me say this has been a huge upgrade in not only food quality but also in service. They offer more than 100 options all-you-can-eat, & the food has a much better quality than the competitors in the neighborhood. The service is great, they bring your orders almost instantly, despite the fact that the place is always packed with costumers. I would definitely reccomend this place as it is one of the best sushi places in Montréal.

Les sushis sont frais, bien préparés & généreux en garniture. Le service est rapide & attentionné, même aux heures de pointe. L'ambiance est agréable, idéale autant pour un repas entre amis que pour une sortie en couple.
Petit plus : le choix est varié, incluant des options végétariennes & des plats chauds savoureux. Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! 😍🥢
If you think you know all you can eat sushi, think again. After trying multiple spots across Laval & Montreal I can confidently say that this West Island gem Sushi Hin is in a league of its own. The quality of the fish is fresh & above what you'd expect from an unlimited sushi spot.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the rice to fish ratio. Unlike most places that overload their sushi with rice here the rice is thin just enough to hold everything together. It felt like I was eating à la carte sushi rather than your typical all you can eat.
The service was also a highlight. The staff is friendly & welcoming & a cool feature is that you place your orders yourself through your phone. We did experience a bit of a delay in receiving our food since we came at peak rush hour but once the staff noticed we had been waiting a little too long they immediately prioritized our order.

L'accueil & le service était très bien, la cuisine globalement bien pour un all you can eat mais j'ai été un peu déçue après avoir vu des avis si élogieux. Je ne savais pas que plusieurs options n'étaient pas disponibles le midi ( ça se comprend avec la différence de prix mais c'est bien de le savoir avant), les sushis sont bons mais le riz manque d'assaisonnement ( vinaigre ect ). La plupart des plats étaient bons & les portions étonnement généreuses, sauf le poulet au citron qu'on a vraiment pas aimé. Ca reste un bon restaurant all you can eat surement bien mieux le soir.
A very spacious restaurant for an all you can eat. The hot dishes are served hot unlike some other restaurants where it arrives cold at the table & the sushis are fresh. Our second time here & the food quality has been consistent. This will be our new sushi all you can eat spot. Extra points for easy parking!

the #1 ayce place! food is so tasty, servers very attentive & atmosphere absolutely beautiful. their grills are a must-not to speak of the deliciousness of their sushi. their sweet potato maki was something i had never had before & that's the beauty of the menu: there is bound to be an item that is unique to them! will def be coming again!
Came with my future in-laws & girlfriend. Experience was wonderful. Food was very well done, you can tell if a sushi spot is good if they do their rice right & if the quality of ingredients are good. Here they do a great job, rice was tasty, fish didn't have any fishy taste, & ingredients were well prepared & cut. I loved the rolls. They cut the cucumbers the way I like it, thin strands instead of big pieces. Service was very attentive & friendly. Food came out very quickly as well, faster than any other all you can eat restaurant I've been to (over 10) Overall, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully next time it won't be fitted in laws, just in-laws ;-)

sushi from heaven light fluffy clouds of heaven . number 1 . amazing service & ambiance quality top notch . employees love the job . all you can eat top price nighttime weekends 37$ & lower prices obviously for other days/hours keep it up . Sushi Hin always on my mind !
