Globalement, Sushi Hin est perçu comme une expérience all you can eat très positive, avec des sashimis et sushis frais, une grande variété de plats et un service rapide même en période de forte affluence, et de nombreux avis soulignent le rapport qualité prix et l’accueil attentionné; la fonctionnalité de commande via téléphone et l’évolution du cadre et de la présentation des plats sont également appréciées depuis le changement de propriétaire, qui a été synonyme d’amélioration notable de la nourriture et du service; certains commentaires soulignent des points négatifs comme des plats parfois tièdes ou froids, un riz parfois trop présent dans certaines portions, ou des soucis de facturation et de cohérence dans le service lors des heures de pointe; malgré ces réserves, l’offre reste considérée comme l’une des meilleures expériences AYCE à Montréal, adaptée aux sorties en famille ou entre amis, avec des plats originaux à découvrir et une ambiance généralement agréable.
I'm generally not a fan of sushi buffets since I don't feel like I get my money's worth. That is....until I started going to Sushi Hin!
The service is incredibly friendly, attentive, & ridiculously quick. & the food is amazing! The rolls, the cooked dishes, the tatakis....everything tastes fantastic & so fresh! Even the desserts are so surprisingly delicious & different. I usually don't even both with the ice cream but this is good quality ice cream & don't get me started on the crispy coconut milk sticks!
Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!
Excellent quality, freshness & taste in all the dishes we selected. We had out of town guests & brought them to Sushi Hin to experience our favourite sushi restaurant. There was something for everyone (kids, seniors, pregnant moms, etc.) to all have a selection & variety to choose from, & enjoy. The salmon & tuna sashimi were so fresh! The hot foods came to us piping hot. Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! Guess it's why I keep coming back!

I came with my family of 26, brother, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews & their children. The restaurant treated us like royalty. Food was fresh & tasty, service was friendly & efficient the ambience was great. I would gladly recommend this place for a couple, family, party of friends or a large group like mine. The food was super fresh, every dish came out quickly, & the presentation was on point. The variety is amazing-so many options that kept everyone at the table happy (& full!). From the sushi rolls to the hot dishes, everything tasted incredible.
The atmosphere was cozy but lively, perfect for enjoying a fun family night out. The staff were friendly & attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about their customers' experience.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy quality sushi, unlimited choices, & great service, Sushi Hin is it. Definitely our new go-to spot-we'll be back soon!
Went here as a group of 26 based on a friends recommendation & I now owe him one for making me discover this place!! I've been to sooo many AYCE Sushi restaurants since I eat alot! This one is BY FAR the best!! Freshest fish, alot of items you don't find elsewhere, hot dishes, soups, I couldn't find fault with ANYTHING!! From the owner to the staff, everyone is welcoming & most attentive which makes the service EXCEPTIONAL!! The salt & pepper shrimp & chicken are TO DIE FOR!! Be sure to stagger your orders or you will end up with too much food since you will want to try everything lol 100% recommend this place to ANYONE!! THANK YOU Sushi Hin for a memorable night! Sushi Hin is by far the best All you can eat sushi joint in Montreal! Every time we come here the food is fresh & flavourful, food comes out quickly & the service is excellent! I always recommend friends to come here. We stopped looking for new AYCE sushi places, sushi Hin is hit for us! I'm hooked I am a regular.
It has become one of my favorite sushi all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants. Fresh Sashimi is available for both lunch & dinner. A variety of sushi & dishes are available.
Service is consistently good. Food comes out generally fast.

THE IS THE BEST AYCE SUSHI PLACE THAT WE HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST 5 YEARS. ALL THE FOOD WE TRIED WAS SUPER FRESH & VERY WELL PREPARED. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY. PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN !!! WE FINALLY FOUND A SUSHI PLACE TO REPLACE OUR BELOVED SUSHI PALACE THAT HAS SINCE GONE TO H....L. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK AGAIN SOON. AMAZING JOB PEOPLE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

This was my fifth time at Sushi Hin, & it never disappoints! The all-you-can-eat menu has an amazing variety - from fresh sashimi to creative specialty rolls & hot dishes. Everything is always fresh, delicious, & beautifully served. The service is fast & friendly, & the ordering system makes it super convenient. You really get great value for the price. Definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the city. Can't wait for my next visit!
Solid all you can eat sushi place, good price for the quality of the sushi. Thick cut sashimi & nigiri pieces & fish tasted fresh. Service was excellent.
This is the fourth time I've eaten from here & I need to leave a review it's so amazing every time. This is the freshest sushi I've ever had. Every time it's fresh & delicious! I've eaten at the restaurant & the staff was nice & fast & whenever I order off uber the quality is the same. The prices for the platters are also amazing. My new favourite spot for sure!!

This all-you-can-eat sushi spot has really stepped up since the change in ownership. The taste of the food has improved so much everything is fresher & more flavorful. The staff is also really friendly & attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth revisiting if you haven't been in a while!

The most insane AYCE sushi I have ever been to in all of Montreal & it is not an exaggeration. Tuna/salmon sashimi & tataki, beef sashimi, pad thai, fried rice, short ribs, mussels, special rolls... wow incredible. They have Makis without rice as well! Food arrives hot & fresh at your table within minutes of ordering & everything is delicious. You order with your phone by scanning the QR code on the table, & all the people from the table can see when an item is added.
With tax & 15% tip it comes to around $54 per adult for dinner, but trust me guys it is well worth it for special occasions or if you just want to satisfy a sushi craving. Come here with friends so you get the chance to try many items from the menu. & please make sure to tip them well! Service is consistently outstanding. One thing I dearly hope for is that this restaurant never changes. Thank you Sushi Hin
Came once a year ago & was not impressed, but gave it another chance & definitely not disappointed! Food is fresh, amazing chef special items to try, nice decor & very helpful staff. Went with my family & everyone had very different taste & everyone loved it. Don't forget to try the szechuan shrimp & the beef ribs, to die for!
We come here every month & the food is consistently fresh with excellent service & friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place for great sushi!
