Un restaurant plutôt réservé, comme tous les bons Japonais, à des clients qui n'ont pas des budgets trop étroits mais incontestablement un des tous meilleurs, si ce n'est le meilleur restaurant de poisson cru à Montréal. Repas du soir au sushi bar (recommandé)
Habitant la ville depuis plus de 25 ans & amateurs plutôt éclairés de cuisine japonaise, nous avons mangé, chez Hidden Fish, le meilleur Sashimi qu'il nous aie été donné de goûter ici. L'offre de "sashimi premium", 24 généreux morceaux pour 135 $ est une pure merveille.Saumon, Maguro, Hamachi, deux qualités de Toro qui rivalisent de fraîcheur, tout est absolument magnifique & vaut le prix demandé. L'assortiment de Nigiris (sushi) est tout aussi délicieux.
Service attentif & irréprochable. Tout ça digne du Sukiji! (le fameux marché au poisson de Tokyo qui est notre référence en matière de sushi-bars.)
Hidden Fish est LE restaurant montréalais où se rendre impérativement si on aime le bon poisson cru, aucune raison de le cacher, bien au contraire !
Chaudement recommandé par les clients plutôt exigeants que nous sommes...

via LibroThe food was delicious, that said, when you reserve, they will charge you 25$ if you cancel 48 hours in advance (with Covid still among us, I think it's ridiculous). Also, after 2 hours, we were basically thrown out of the restaurant - no coffee, tea or dessert for us. The server could have come after 1.5 hour & said, ‘you have 30 minutes left, would you like tea, coffee or dessert'. Just felt a bit like we were ATM machines. One & done for me.

via LibroWe took a large group to this restuarant & we were reallh impressed with how they handled us from booking to serving. The sushi was basically outstandng. Each order was worthy of a photograph & the array of flaours was fine. I would highly recommend this restuarant & go as far to say that if you visit Montreal & have only one opportunity for a meal, this would be your first choice.
