shawarma(29) pita(29) chicken(28) falafel(28) salad(24) fresh(22) middle eastern(14) hummus(14) recommend(14) qualite(14) fries(11) quality(10)Hands down the best shawarma I've ever had in my life! The chicken was incredibly flavorful with the perfect level of spice, juicy, tender, & cooked just right. The hummus was rich & creamy, & the pita was fresh, soft, & absolutely delicious. Every bite was amazing. Definitely a must try if you're in the area!
The shawarma pita got shrinkflationed since I last ordered it, $40 for a sandwich & fries is a bit crazy. Ingredients are fresh, no doubt, but spending nearly $50 for a small pita & fries is wild, even in this economy. I likely shalln't return!
This is a cute little spot to pop into & the food is 10/10! The falafel plate was perfect. The pita bread was warm & seasoned just right. The plate came with hummus which was creamy, garlicky, & delicious. You can pick 2 sides to go with your plate. I chose the cucumber, tomato salad, & the cauliflower fennel mix. Both items were fresh & healthy.
The staff is kind & helpful.
Très bonne expérience en famille.
Les mezzés sont variés & très bons. Idem pour les plats.
A recommande
The best hummus, falafel & soft pita ever! 🧆 🥙 The plate is large, the staff is friendly, the menu has options to mix & match or combos to share for a bigger group.
Highly recommended!
Flavourful & great option for take out - definetly try the cold eggplant dish with eggs, as well as their shawarma & dip platters are GREAT 💛 can't wait to be back
If you have a lot of money to throw away & don't know what to do with it, go visit Sumac. You will spend $30 to $40 per person & you will leave starving. You would think this is a five-star Michelin restaurant by the prices they charge. Their food is okay but for the price they charge it should be absolutely 100% perfect which it is not. If I want it to spend $100 for two people to eat, I can go to much better restaurants then this cafeteria style dump.
Honestly delightful & good price.
If you like Isreali food, Sumac would bring you back to TLV.
