Je viens de souper dans ce resto. Le pain goûté bon mais tout le reste est très ordinaire & ne mérite pas le prix. Pour une repas à la libanaise ou syrienne, je vous recommande de chercher ailleurs .
Really nice relaxed place, there is a large communal table in the middle which is great for large groups. There is a bit of a wait sometime. The staff are very helpful. Food taste delicious. The mezes & salads are great. There is draft beer & wine options are available.

I've had Sumac many times before & never felt compelled to leave a review but today was just an A1 experience. Every element in the falafel pita was individually well-seasoned & flavorful & fresh. Service was super friendly & place was clean. I highly recommend
Fantastic Lebanese restaurant. The plates are nicely put together with a generous portion of meat, lovely salads, fresh bread seasoned with zataar & some amazingly-textured hummus. I found one piece of bread not enough for the amount of meat but that's only because the portion was so good. Flavours were all very complimentary. I think at their price point, table-service would be appropriate but the service is still great nontheless. Atmosphere leans towards the casual side, doesn't quite fit the cuisine but it's still nice. Plan to return on my lunch breaks in the future.
We ordered a large catering order during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend. When we arrived to pick up the food everything was ready on time & the staff helped me carry the large order to my car. The food was OUTSTANDING. Some of the best greek/Mediterranean food our group has ever had. 10/10 Service 10/10 Food Highly recommend Sumac!
Honestly, this place never disappoints. Even for pick up our orders are consistently delicious! One of our favorites in Montreal. Highly recommend if you haven't been yet!

Amazing food & very generous portions - worth the price for sure. Personally I find the service setup a bit strange, but it's fine. You order & pay at the counter & your food is brought to you, but there still seemed to be a lot of staff in the dining area. I'll certainly return!
J'ai adoré la nourriture, c'était excellent & je recommande. Par contre, j'ai moins aimé le fait de devoir commander au comptoir. J'ai également trouvé le prix des frites très très exagéré. Jusqu'à 22$ 🥴
Service was excellent fair cost in comparison to the quantity of food Overall rating is 4 starts due to that the chicken shawarma is almost a taouk not the shawarma we are used to
