Afficher toutcoffee(15) croissant(10) cafe(5) latte(4) mmm(4) buttery(3) tasty(3)I just had a great time in Structure. Had an opportunity to enjoy time on Sunday morning at Structure, could talk to Gabriel (barista) who prepared excellent pour overs, espresso & cappuccino. He is really a connoisseur & we had quite a good time talking about coffee. Unfortunately I had to go back to Brazil, but Structure is definitely a place I would (& will) come back. Cheese quiche was great as well.
Would give less then one stars of i could. Walked 40 minutes on Christmas to come get a coffee here since the business owners/managers are so disorganised that they didn't care to update their business profile. It showed open on Google even if they were closed - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Some pretty tasty coffee, but more importantly some HUGE & delicious pastries. If you're waiting for your train, this is a close shop that has everything you could want.
Great coffee. Nice & rich. Solid mouth feel. Pleasant & funny staff. The place just falls short on being comfortable at all. Super limited seating. Super bad design. Lots of wasted space. But the coffee is worth it.
Went there when they opened at 7:30am on a weekday. Soon there was a queue so it's not difficult to tell how popular they are.
Ordered a flat white & was pleasantly surprised by the coffee itself (trust me I've tasted so much burnt coffees in my life) & their croissant is more of the European type. Can tell they focus a lot on quality.
Moved to the area. Tried competitors. No competition. They have absolutely great coffee. Fantastic customer service with truly devoted baristas making this unique coffeehouse a must see. I'm a regular now.
Dropped by Structure Café near Victoria Square & honestly, solid spot. The croissant? Extra buttery, extra good, like the kind that makes you question if you should order another one just to stare at it. The cappuccino I had was dark, flavorful, & definitely better than your run-of-the-mill coffee.
Now, about the price… a'medium' runs about $5 plus tax, but the cup size feels more like a'fun-sized' version compared to other cafés. Quality is there, no doubt, but don't expect quantity. Picked up 3 coffees & a croissant for my colleagues & the bill hit around $25. Not exactly cheap for a quick coffee run, but the taste does make up for it.
Overall: excellent coffee, buttery croissants, modern vibe. Just be ready to pay a little premium for the experience.
Good speciality coffee & cookies only thing I would recommend ...a better cleaning ...it seems the shelfs around are covered with dust
Great, great & great coffee
