Very nice coffee & delicious crosiants. We stopped past on our morning walk before it got too busy. We had a stroller that we left at the top of the steps & there was plenty of space once we were inside. There is also outside seating. All special requests were accommodated perfectly ☕🥐

Ça me fait vraiment plaisir de finalement rencontrer des personnes avec qui je peux parler de la complexité d'une bonne tasse de café, des différentes méthodes d'extraction, des origines, des arômes… & surtout, de trouver d'autres personnes qui ont cette sensibilité pour apprécier le café comme le bel art qu'il est.

& une petite découverte que j'ai faite récemment : certains cafés peuvent réellement bénéficier d'un peu de sucre. 😎☕? Il ne s'agit pas simplement de rendre le café plus sucré : le sucre peut révéler & intensifier certains arômes & certaines saveurs, & parfois même amener l'expérience du café à un tout autre niveau.

Alors, arrêtez de généraliser en disant que « le café ne se boit pas avec du sucre ». Tout ce qu'on définit trop rigidement finit par nous limiter. 😎🤓☕?

I've been here twice now & the coffee is really good, friendly service, & always a welcoming atmosphere. I love that they're open at 7:00 AM-there aren't many cafés in my area that open that early. It's my go-to spot for an early morning coffee. Highly recommend!

It was my first time to this award winning coffee shop/roaster & the staff were absolutely amazing!!! I had such an amazing experience & am so grateful!!

To Zoe who helped me pick a funky roast for my first taste of Structure Roasters coffee! To Clemence who made me an absolutely amazing pour-over! & let my photograph the precious work of art. To Julie-Victoria who was so sweet to quietly & gently slip me a glass of water when I offhandedly mentioned I needed a palate cleanser. & to Sonia for helping me with the coffee beans purchase!

I also enjoyed a delicious almond paste tarte (so yum/highly recommend) & bought 3 bags of coffee beans, as gifts to bring home!

Thank you girls, so very much! I've definitely put a pin on my maps to go back again, if I'm ever out towards Montreal again!

As an aside, it was pretty packed, & at one point the line stretched all the way up the stairs!! But the staff was efficient & worked together so despite the high demand, it seemed smooth & I didn't notice any friction/frustration from any of the customers!

Had a matcha latte, the matcha was very weak it was almost just milk. The service & environment is nice though.
