I've been here twice now & the coffee is really good, friendly service, & always a welcoming atmosphere. I love that they're open at 7:00 AM-there aren't many cafés in my area that open that early. It's my go-to spot for an early morning coffee. Highly recommend!

Quel bel arrêt sur la rue McGill pour une pause café. L'ambiance est vraiment accueillante & on s'y sent tout de suite bien.

J'ai été impressionné par la qualité du latte, avec un art latté vraiment réussi & délicat. Accompagner cela avec une viennoiserie bien feuilletée était le choix parfait pour commencer la journée. C'est une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de café dans le quartier.

Ive been to structure about four times over the last two years when I'm visiting the city. I always make sure to support local roasters & cafes when I'm there as I am also in the industry. However I've always had a tepid experience at structure, this time I'm finally writing a review because the coffee was not great at all, & the service was cold & unfriendly. I could tell the espresso was overextracted & it tasted a bit grimey like the grouphead had not been backflushed in a while. It was unfortunate

Beautiful, peaceful & quiet cafe, really excellent single origin coffees, tasty pastries & friendly staff. If you're looking for seriously good coffee in Montreal, then I haven't found anywhere better.

We found this cafe for breakfast, & it was within walking distance from the convention center.

Coffee (cortado) was delicious, as were the pastries. It was a wonderful way to spend a few hours while the snow fell on a quiet Sunday morning.

Really like the modern, bright & corporate decor. Very chill vibe. The counter with the espresso machines & cashiers being centered is a nice choice. Just wish there were more tables to work & enjoy your coffee.

I ordered a medium sized mocha. Really liked the smooth texture & the mocha was well balanced in sweetness. However, it's a bit overpriced & for the size I got, I wouldn't consider that medium. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the coffee before putting the lid on but the latte art was very impressive.

The service was good. The girl at the cashier was very welcoming. The girl making my drink mumbled my order so I wasn't sure if it was mine. Didn't make eye contact with me nor greet me.

It's a nice cafe, maybe more of a premium gold experience I'd say.
