Le Chateaubriand était vraiment délicieux, d'une tendreté & d'un goût exceptionnels. La cuisson était parfaite, juste comme nous l'avons demandé. Steve est très sympathique & s'est assuré que l'on soit pleinement satisfait. Son attention a vraiment ajouté une touche agréable à notre expérience. Je recommande cet endroit pour les amateurs de bonne viande.
Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! Le steak était absolument délicieux, cuit à la perfection, tendre & juteux. Chaque bouchée était un pur régal. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif, professionnel & très accueillant. L'ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse & agréable, parfaite pour un dîner entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les amateurs de viande ! Un vrai délice de A à Z !'
Nous étions 9 personnes avec une réservation pour 17h30 & nous devions quitter pour 19h45 & cela nous convenait parfaitement. Nous avons tous pris des entrées soit crab cake, escargots, salade César, tartare de saumon, calmars, huîtres, menu principal, rissoto & pétoncle, bavette, joue de boeuf, steak Ribéry, agneau, saumon, tous le monde a adoré son repas & nous avons tous été servi en même temps par Guylaine qui était à l'écoute de nos demandes excellent service. C'était la première visite chez vous pour 5 personnes de notre groupe & ils sont contents de vous avoir découvert 🙂
Excellent restaurant. Les prix sont raisonnable pour un steakhouse & les portions sont généreuses. 5e fois que j'y vais & je n'ai jamais été déçu. Services rapide. Apportez votre vin/ bière
Interesting concept they have no bar. You bring wine or you drink water. No chilling bin provided for your wine either. Server opened our wine, but did not pour it.
We ordered starters & got up to smoke outside- alerted our server & left our bag on the table (with our $70 bottle of wine). Returned to a manager? Owner? Having written on our table with pen'VIP'. This was absolutely tacky as hell. With five people working front of house, & my bag sitting visibly in the table, it's easy to communicate that the two at that table stepped outside.
I was wearing ripped jeans & my mukluks- while I don't exactly ooze'old money' we chose that establishment to have a decent dinner in our small town. I make good money & I like steak. Pretty simple.
Having come from a previous life before tech as a restaurant manager, it was clear they thought we were gonna dash.
We ended up eating starters, filet mignon & beef cheek, two desserts & coffees.
While I was thoroughly unimpressed with the tacky'vip' written on our paper tablecloth in pen, I tipped 25% on our bill & let that say all it needed to.
I will not ever return.
Considering you can't afford to keep your bar stocked, judging someone by their jeans & doing something as tacky as writing'VIP' on their table in pen was a terrible decision. I just wanted to treat my best friend to a good meal, I work crazy hours as a product manager in tech, & I am not getting fancied up for'Steve's' in Saint Jean, it's not Michelin starred or in a golf course. The bill was like $140? I sat down with a $70 bottle of Osoyoos LaRose wine from home. Get real.
Great steak my complements to the grill chef. Service was good. People were friendly. Had a good experience Recomend the place highly.
Steves Steakhouse was a fantastic experience!! We were in St. Jean for my son's graduation from the Military Base; staff were able to accommodate a short notice reservation & went over & above to make our experience a memorable one. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the service was amazing & the atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We were not aware you could bring your own wine to this establishment; we will keep this in mind for future visits.
Took my daughter & her partner for a congrats dinner. Was not dissapointed, steaks were cooked to order, appetizers were phanominal..nice atmosphere..if I lived closer would definately be back

The atmosphere & decor is awesome! The food is very delicious & tasty, my steak was medium well & the veggies were yummy with a little crunch to it. I Highly recommend the tiramisu! The only complaint I have was that the calamari were overcooked but the sauce that came with it was yummy! Bring your own wine as well!
Souper de vacances au Steve Steakhouse, bel endroit, super ambiance & les employés sont super fins. Bavette & côtes levées ont été nos choix, super bon! Nous avons également un bébé d'un an, ils ont des chaises haute & la serveuse a même amené des petits extras pour bébé, ce qui était vraiment apprécié. Steve, le propriétaire, est chaleureux, gentil & attentionné. Nous recommandons l'endroit!
Nous avons adoré notre expérience, bien que le coupon sur Tuango ne comprenne pas de steak dans les choix & qu'il n'y avait pas de personne à l'accueil ( peut-être un manque de personnel comme dans beaucoup de place, mais cela éviterais aux serveuses de courir) Nous avons adoré, l'endroit est magnifiquement décoré & la nourriture est délicieuse ! Notre serveuse était plus qu'agréable !

The restaurant boasts two seating sections, both spacious & bright. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill, with our steak cooked to perfection & the fries crispy & flavorful. The accompanying sauce was a highlight, truly elevating the dish. Service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. The prices were reasonable, adding to the overall value of our dining experience. A unique feature of this steakhouse is the option to bring your own wine, which added a personal touch to our meal. A standout moment was meeting Steve, the proprietor. His warm hospitality & genuine care for each guest made us feel like VIPs. Steve's attention to detail & dedication to excellence were evident in every aspect of the restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, adding a touch of elegance to our meal. We were a small group of 7. Plates ordered were hamburger steaks, ribs & a grilled salmon. The vegetables were soggy mostly fried onions. Service was mediocre. EVERYONE got sick badly except the person who had the salmon. That very same evening & the following day. We are absolutely beyond words.

Nous étions 7personnes avec une réservation pour 7h30 le 18 mai & noys avons été accueilli de manière très agréable & une petite attente de 5 minutes. Nous avons été servi par Laurence & avons eu la visite de Steele durant la soirée, notre expérience à cet endroit a vraiment été exceptionnel. Nous avons mangé des choses différentes & chacun de nous avons adoré nos plats de l'entrée au dessert tout était délicieux. C'était une première visite pour 5 d'entres nous mais non la dernière mon conjoint & moi avons hâte de faire découvrir ce Steak House à nos amis 💕 Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une table table & j'ai passé une excellente soirée. Merci à Steve d'avoir été à l'écoute lors de la réservation fait par mon fils❤️ Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation
