The steak was not good quality. Very chewy. Lacked taste. Probably the worst I've ever tried. The reason for the 3 is customer service by the servers & the bang bang shrimp were good. Over priced meal. Sorry to say we were all disappointed & would not recommend this restaurant

Très bien. Le steak était trop cuit, ils l'ont remplacé par un plus gros & cuisson était parfaite. Le service était excellent!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady who served us but she was exceptional. The Rib steak was cooked to perfection. We will be back!

Bonne bouffe. La cuisson du steak a été respectée selon la demande. Assiette copieuse. Accompagnement de frites maisons & haricots font bon ménage. On apprécie la formule apportez votre vin. Pour un mardi bel ambiance, resto presque complet. Je recommande.

Mon repas était très bon. Steak de ma femme pas assez cuit, malgré un retour en cuisine. Salle a manger très bruyante... pas facile pour ceux qui n'ont pas une très bonne ouie. Frites & haricots très bons.

The service at Steak & Frites is always excellent, we often get the same waiter. He was extremely accommodating to us as we were the last the leave the restaurant. The concept of the restaurant, bring your own wine & unlimited fries, is very appealing. The food is always very good, it is a staple restaurant of ours, we love going here as a date or bringing friends.

Food & service were both excellent!!! Very hospitable & cleanliness very well maintained. My husband had the steak frites which was delicious (& we are picky steak eaters due to the fact that we sous vide at home) & I opted for just appetizers. Escargot which was delicious & the mussels. The serving size for an appetizer of mussels was huge. Overall an awesome experience!!!

Habituellement nous adorons cet établissement, mais lors de notre dernière visite, le service laissait à désiré & nous avons reçu des steaks bien cuits au lieu de saignant tel que commandé. C'est décevant...

The steak was very good & tasty. Fries were handcut & the lava cake was the cherry of the dinner. I just wish they serve wine there! We didn't bring our own.

Not what I was expecting. I didn't realize it was Being your own wine, so that's on me. Ambiance is limited by the convention hall beside the restaurant, & the group area above the main restaurant. Ordered the crispy goat cheese & the escargot for apps. Goat cheese seemed to come out of a freezer, & the escargot was on a tray covered in cheese. Tasty enough, but not what I expected from a steak house. Fillet mignon & the Steak frite special as mains. Steaks & sides were fine, although medium rare might mean rare anywhere else. Verrrry salty. Waiter was brusque, but fine. The server that brought our food to the table however acted like I'd kicked her dog. Threw the escargot on the table to the point that the tray wobbled like a frisbee. I wasn't expecting a lot from this place, & yet somehow I got less than expected.

On y va pour le filet mignon divin. Sauces & frites merveilleuses . La salade en entrée
était infecte & indigne du restaurant & le dessert aussi. Le chocolat des profiteroles n'est pas a la hauteur ni la crème brûlée.
Assise sur des chaises de métal dans une ambiance froide & grise, il faut vraiment aimer le steak.

Tout était parfait = Accueil, Bouffe & Service! Le resto & salle de bain très propre. Mention spéciale pour les Crevettes Bang Bang tout simplement délicieux!!! J'espère que cette Entrée demeurera dans les choix du Menu table d'hôte du midi.... trop bon & tout le reste Steak & les desserts Profitéroles Wow!

I am giving a lower rating because of the lack of staff & the consequences. The staff present were attentive & welcoming but it was a while to be able to order & much longer to receive the order. I understand again why but it affects the experience.

The steak was excellent & the vegetables good. The fries were delicate & very good as were the sauces.

Steak Frites est toujours fidèle à lui-même. La hausse du prix des plats est significative, heureusement le « Apportez votre vin » nous rend l'addition plus acceptable. J'y retournerai sûrement, comme toujours!

One of best steak in town with good variety. Cosy ambiance. Excellent service. Entrées are also quite delicious.
